Love it! Was definitely a great experience and a wonderful day at Dunn's River Falls.
I'm a heights person so Zipline was something I was always looking forward to and glad I got to enjoy it there. Shout out to my guy MJ for the entertainment and making it all fun. He's a pro and good at what he does. Can't wait to go again.

This was quite the day. We ziplined with Simpson(who was amazing) and Jason. Simpson had all the personality. He was fun to zipline with. My cousins and I thoroughly enjoyed him. Jason was good too but he was a little more quiet. We all got to climb dunns fall which we had no idea was included. Very fun day. Would highly recommend. Make sure you ask for Simpson though

This was the greatest day! The guides at the zip
Line and Dunns were amazing, made us feel safe for the entire experience. Our Chukka guide, Shenniel was incredible! She kept watch over us everywhere we went, she let us explore more than expected and walked us to our ship, ensuring our safety all along. We all had to hug her when we parted as we felt we’d had the perfect day under her watch!

We thought this was super fun! Natchoy our guide was incredible & MJ the zip lining guide was awesome! The overall staff were amazing, funny & went over the safety rules to ensure a quality time!! 10/10!!

Dunn's River Falls is gorgeous and surreal! We ziplined over the falls and walked down to the beach to climb up the falls. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! Tashena "Mama T" was our guide and John our driver. Mama took good care of her "babies". She told us about the history and way of life on the island as we drove through each parish and kept us entertained with her wit. She gave us advice and direction to keep us safe and have fun during our visit. We always felt safe and stress-free. The bus was VERY nice. I've read complaints about the check-in process, but I thought it went great. There were a lot of people and they got us together and on the bus with no issues or delay. Once on the bus Tashena thoroughly explained how to use the tablet, and she easily assisted the one person that had issues. It makes sense that they wouldn't want to create a lot of waste, printing and trashing all those release forms. (Tourism is great, but it's also hard on the ecosystem.) Once on the bus they took serious responsibility for our safety and did everything to ensure it, At the park, the people running the zipline and the guys at the falls were friendly, attentive, and worked safe and responsibly. I highly recommend Chukka tours!!!
Advice: This is strenuous and requires some balance and agility. Eat breakfast and maybe bring a snack, and definitely bring water to drink. Wear water shoes that fit your feet. They have shoes to buy, but make sure they are snug so you get a good grip climbing the rocks. Also bring cash to tip and buy pictures and videos! The guys at the falls are a bit pushy for tips at the end, but to be fair, they earn it. They were excellent guides, very patient, looked out for our safety, and showed everyone an amazing time. And they took so many pictures for everyone, even though they had their own photographers and videographers doing a very thorough job. This is their lively-hood, and it doesn't pay enough. That being said, when going through the marketplace, be weary...not everyone has the best intentions. Nothing is free, no matter what they say, and don't get caught alone. Stay with your group and listen to your CHUKKA GUIDE!!! Be smart and be considerate.

This was a ton of fun for my wife and me. We only did the zipline as we had climbed the falls twice in the past. The check-in was a bit disorganized. Each person had to fill out info on a tablet and it was clunky to work with and not explained very well. The bus ride up was short. The staff running the zipline operation was terrific. Led by MJ, the whole crew was professional, helpful, and courteous. The humor was also appreciated. We never felt unsafe and the equipment and zipline wires all looked very well maintained. I would do this again.
The Chukka staff also did a great job warning us about the aggressiveness of the peddlers in the market that you have to walk through to depart the venue. Do not take anything they ask you to look at as the tradition there is once you hold it you have to buy it. At least that is what you are told. Many on our cruise ship complained about the aggressiveness of the Jamaican's. Unlike other Caribbean stops.

We did the 4 activity tour (horseback, ATV, Dunn River, and zipline). It was a 12 hour tour, of which we probably spent 2 hours actually doing something. Our driver was 30 minutes late for pick up (which was very frustrating since we had to get up at 5:45 on our vacation for a "6:35" pick up). We stood around all day while the guides hung out and chatted and we waited and waited and waited. The zip line was very short, Dunn River was fun. We were probably on a horse a total of 25 minutes (including in the ocean and getting to and from the ocean). The ATV was about half an hour partly on a track next to a highway, and partly on a beach with trash everywhere, including actual large bags full of trash. NO water offered all day, no snacks, no breakfast, and even had to pay extra to get soda with lunch. Glad the guides enjoy each other, but we are there for a day. The horseback guides in particular made us stand shoulder to shoulder in a single line in the sun and then wait while they shot the breeze for about 20 minutes before they even came over to talk to us. This tour could have been completed in a morning, and then we could have been back to our all inclusive to eat good food and relax. Would NOT recommend this company. Also- be prepared for the guides for each activity to stand by the door to the bus to get their tip as you get on.

These people here are every bit of amazing. I had the time of my life. My hunny love took me for my 31st birthday this weekend and it was a trip of a lifetime. We did zip line horseback riding atv and the river. They were so helpful and very great tour guides. They were professional and made us feel safe all while having a the time of our life. I LOVE Jamaica Mon. This is an experience you have to do for yourself. Can’t wait to go back. I love Chukka

I noticed that it said this excursion is not available to anyone on a cruise, but then I see a couple of reviews/comments of guests who were on a cruise but took advantage of this excursion. Is it possible to do this or not if we are coming into Falmouth, Ochos Rios on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas on Thursday, September 26, 2019. We want to zipline over the falls and ascend to the top. Mostly concerned about transport to and from ship.

The excursion we did lasted a good majority of the day. From 8:30am till I'd say close to 4ish. We did the best of Ocho though. It included Dunn's river climb, tubing, zip lining, and ATV riding, with lunch included. You may be able to find something offered from the cruise line. We stayed at resort, so transportation was included for us.

We want to do this excursion on a cruise, and one guest in our party does not want to climb the falls or zipline. She just wants to be with the group. She doenst mind spending the money so thats not the issue. She wants to know if there is an option that lets her wait for the group while they climb the falls. Thanks!

Some in our group did not zip line, including me. We went to a viewing area near where they would “land” to take pictures, then we were all able to walk down together. Was easy coming down from there.
