If you like getting scared or seeing other people, get scared this is the tour for you. Learn about the history of this plantation home and it's previous owner and why it's the scariest place in Montego Bay. Our guide Sophia was phenomenal.

Absolutely fantastic, the history of Rose Hall captured perfectly with Sophia the guide with plenty of thrills and spills along the way! The painting who’s eyes follow you is really eerie, I screamed out loud at least 3 times so maybe don’t take the kids 😂

I really enjoyed this fun and interactive tour. It wasn't too scary but I wouldn't recommend it for young kids. Lots of interesting history and the actors made is a memorable experience. Our tour guide Sophia did a fantastic job.

Arrived with my family last Wednesday for the 6pm tour. Paid on site for 3 adults, 2 teenagers (same price as for adults) and an 8 year old and a 10 year old. The cashier did not question nor warn us that it might be to scary for the younger ones. I paid for all of us via credit card. Once outside one of the tour guides said that they were too young for the tour so my daughter in law stayed behind with the girls and waited for the rest of us . After the tour I went in to ask for a refund and was told that because I paid via credit card they could not reimburse me. After insisting that I should never had been charged for the 2 younger ones and the adults that stayed behind, the cashier took my information and said that her supervisor would contact me and that it would take a few days to reimburse my account. I am still waiting.

We understand that the Haunted Night Tour can be a bit frightening for younger guests, which is why we typically recommend that parents and guardians use their discretion when booking for children under 12.
Regarding your refund, I’ve followed up with our Operations Manager, who confirmed that the refund was processed by the bank within a day of your tour. Unfortunately, we don’t handle refunds directly at our office, as they are managed by the bank. We sincerely regret the delay you experienced and appreciate your patience.
Thank you once again for sharing your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable experience.

This is a great fun and very interesting tour. Lots of jumps and scares along the way, but it was great. Would highly recommend!

I don’t know how this isn’t on a TOP 5 LIST of all of Jamaica’s activities. This was one of the highlights of our trip!! A perfect combination of jump scares, spooky storytelling, and historical facts. This was like a Halloween haunted house but REAL. The actors portraying the real life characters were amazing and we were engaged every minute of the tour.
BEST TOUR EVER!!! This is a tour for people who think they hate tours. I will definitely come back and do it all over again. That good.

Our travel agent suggested we go see the night tour and it did not disappoint! This had to be one of our favourite experiences in Jamaica. The property was gorgeous, the actors were believable, the jump scares were awesome, and the tour guide Sophia was FANTASTIC! Sophia made the experience so believable, even jumping with the audience during jump scares. Her voice projected well so we heard everything without an issue. She gave us time to observe the rooms yet kept the group together and organized. The Witches Brew drink in the dungeons was also delicious with a great souvenir cup. I cannot thank the folks at the Great Hall enough for the lasting memories they have made for me and my wife.

Get ready for a historical tour of one of the most beautiful houses in Montego Bay. Along with the history is a twist of fun and scare. The staff does a great job maintaining the integrity of the history of the house. We had a ton of laughs and scares. Every corner gives you a new chill. Well done.

The grounds are beautiful, rich in history. Our guide, Sophia, was a fantastic storyteller. We did the 6pm tour, which was perfect, being able to see the gorgeous views, but also experience the ghost tour. Fantastic job, definitely recommend visiting.

Possibly a nine year old might well be frightened. Children seem to take things literally and think what they are seeing is really happening!! I would take my elder granddaughter (14) but not the younger ones. Best leave the night visit for the adults and take the children in the day time when I think it will be much more interesting and fun for them.
