Absolutely loved this staff at riu Montego Bay ! They’re so helpful and respectful . I really want to thank the crew Theo and Chantel for their amazing customer service and people friendly skill ! Definitely coming back to this hotel ! Highly recommend others to do so as well 😆

My luggage is with Jimmy Hoffa somewhere.

Hey make sure you check your departure time if you are in Ochos Rios resort. My flight leaves at 1745 and they have me down to leave here at 1445. Two hour trip, I would miss my flight. I called sunwing a few times and they say my timing to be picked up is at 1215. That was from a sunwing agent in Mexico as I couldn’t get my agent to sort out his left foot from his right when I got a hold of him a week into my vacations
Sunwing lost my luggage two weeks ago but luckily my wife’s made it. I bought into that priority plus thing but they still blew it with my luggage. One way Calgary to Montego, and my luggage winds up in Toronto. My stuff may end up getting to my home address? A guy name James is my travel rep where I am at but he was missing like Jimmy Hoffa for my first week here with all my stuff missing. I will see if I miss my flight tomorrow. Oh but Couples Sans Souci is awesome. Sunwing, you are fired. I will use my kayak to get here next time. Security will escort you out.

AWESOME TIME!!!

BEST VACATION!!
We stayed at the Royalton Blue Waters and it was amazing.
The food was good and the facility was nice and clean.
Courtney chose some of the best tours for us, he was very informative and patient and we all had a great time on all the tours he sold us.
COURTNEY is the man to go to for all your excursion he is a true asset to your company

Pack of Liars, Bus Never Even Came

First I had to wait like 45 min for the bus to leave the airport even though I had given them my itinerary ahead of time. At the office at the airport they will tell you you have to meet with their agents early in the morning at your hotel to arrange your return transport. So you have to set your alarm to get up early (while on vacation!) to meet with them since they declared that the person would not be available at the hotel in the afternoons (which I later found out to be false as well, she was there until 4pm at their stand) After doing this, the person stated they can't actually arrange transport until the day prior to the return, and the reason for the meeting was to "welcome" me to mobay and introduce me to their tours. Scam. I was so ticked off with all their dishonesty, lie after lie after lie, they are desperate for any single dollar they can squeeze out of you.

Went back the day before departure to arrange return bus, and made sure they had all the details in the system, even had them show me it on the iPad itself and it all was correct and looked good. Next day, the bus never showed up so the hotel bellboy ended up having to arrange a different transportation for me. These guys are liars, unreliable, and absolutely horrid!!
