Great experience with RT airport transfer to Negril

We booked this transfer because it was the cheapest that we could find to get to Negril from MBJ airport. On arrival, check-in at the counter in the airport terminal was very easy. The bus was a little cramped because every seat was taken. We hit some traffic, made about a 10 minute bathroom pit stop, and then stopped at a few resorts before ours in Negril. The entire trip took about 2.5 hours.

About 2 days before our departure date, we received a message with our scheduled pick-up time of 11:30AM. On that date, we waited about 20 minutes but no one came for us, so I called the number provided and the representative said that they'd look into it. A few minutes later we had a private car arrive for us! Not sure if that was intentional or if it was in response to my call, but either way the return trip was very quick (barely 1.5 hours) and comfortable.

Friendly and efficient transfer.
Quick, friendly check in with the rep at the airport, who walked us out to our shuttle driver. Mini bus was a bit cramped, but air conditioned and generally comfortable. The drive from MBJ to Negril was about an hour and a half with a stop at a roadside fruit/veggie vendor included. Great value compared to some other transfer options to Negril.
