Excellent Tours with Rabbies

We did 5 Rabbies Tours while in Scotland during September and each one was excellent. All our guides, Trevor, Lizzy, Graham, Peter and Andy were outstanding. Great storytelling and knowledge of Scottish history kept us entertained along the way. We highly recommend Rabbies for your touring. We learned so much, and it was so nice to have someone else do the driving so we could take in the beautiful sites along the way.

Big shout out for our driver Junior he made sure we got there and back safely….to the guys leading the tour this was great experience. The mountains and the spring water was the best thing ever

Experiencing real Jamaica off the resort and loved it!
After seeing all the positive reviews here and on other social media outlets about Rastasafari, we decided it was a must for us. It was easy enough to book on trip advisor and received email and text confirmations. We decided to do the first tour of the morning and so glad we did! It was just us and made for a more peaceful and personalized experience and less heat and humidity to deal with.

Our pickup was arranged by Rastasafari and our driver Jenieve was at our resort right on time. Jenieve was friendly and got us to and from the excursion safely. Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the owners/managers with a yummy welcome drink and explained what to expect and introduced us to our first guide. Our first guide, his name began with an R I believe and he was super nice and friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us down and took our photo at the Rastasafari sign and began explaining about the different plants and trees and leaves and gave us leaves to smell and plants/fruits to eat and he was wonderful. He then handed us off to Calloway, our next guide.

Calloway greeted us and took our photos with the UTVs and in it and then we began the tour and driving. My husband is experienced with the UTVs so we easily followed along behind Calloway on his dirt bike. There was an equal mix of driving and stops. He made sure to check on us and stop at the must see stops. He explained as well some of the leaves and trees and plants and gave us various things to smell or taste or experience. He gave us history and background on some of the spots and areas we stopped at. He gave us opportunities to shop with the locals and took our picture at several spots we stopped at like the roaring river, another area along the river that was beautiful, the oldest and biggest tree, and the Bob Marley mural.

We enjoyed the sites we stopped at and also getting to experience the Dale the ganja chemist and experience seeing all the different ganja plants and him passionately explaining each one and the ailments they help and his process for growing. His homemade wine with and without "medicine" were nice little shots to try and enjoyed chatting with them and vibing with zero pressure to purchase anything. The roaring mineral river was refreshing to step into and in some spots super blue and pretty. It was unexpected to see some women soaping up and bathing nude out in the open in the river but we carried on away from it and enjoyed the river. The large old trees were amazing along with the different spots of the river we stopped at including the deeper area that it all comes from. The mountains and the land were just so peaceful and pretty. We finished the tour with a nice Jamaican vegetarian meal and it was a big plate of food.

They were all very accommodating and friendly and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The tour finished back where we started and the owner/manager thanked us and asked how everything was and got us quickly to our ride with Jenieve back to our resort. We were so happy we did the tour and really enjoyed ourselves and getting to experience a little bit of Jamaican culture and life. Highly recommend!

Gilbert and Miller made the experience a once in a lifetime trip . Myself and my wife both left this excursion with so much love in our hearts and hope for humanity from the kindness of the Rasta people . God bless you and thank you for an incredible experience .
