On our first visit to Jamaica during the thanksgiving break in 2022, we booked with Byron for airport transfer and 2 day trips from Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, and I am more than thrilled with the experience and service. I unfortunately hurt my back and had to change plans a few times and Byron and team were able to accommodate and take care of us.
I highly recommend Byron's Tours if you are in Jamaica.

Excellent trip, organisation and communication from Byron’s was excellent - made sense to do the two things in one hit from Montego Bay due to the distance travelled. Guide was on time and great throughout and vehicle was fine. Blue Hole was a much more interesting part of the trip - way less commercialised than Dunn’s River and much more fun, but both well worth the trip. Stopped for some jerk chicken at a local’s place by the roadside on the way back which was also great. Top day out, really enjoyed it.

Great experience it is must to do excursion if you are in Montego Bay , both falls are very beautiful and I highly recommend it

When visiting Jamaica we used Byrons Jamaica Tours for all our transportation from the airport and an excursion to the Dunn falls. Byron the owner runs a first class company. Our flights were delayed but Byron accommodate all itinerary changes. The bus drivers are courteous and punctual and the buses are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your travel needs within Jamaica. In addition to their exceptional services they are reasonably priced. Thank you Byron for making our trip a memorable one.

Great price, amazing service.
We use Byron tours to take us from the airport in Montego Bay to our villa.
The rate was good the van was clean and comfortable.
We will definitely use them again whenever we are back in Jamaica.

We booked 2 tours with Byron's Jamaica Tours- a Montego Bay city tour and a tour to Dunn's Falls and Blue Hole.
Byron was excellent, he was super responsive to all my texts and questions, and because of that, we chose to go with him. Other tour companies took a few days to respond and I wanted a peace of mind that we are going with a responsible and responsive tour operator.
Safety was also definitely one of my family's concerns and when we were on the tour with Byron, we did not feel unsafe whatsoever. He assured us that none of his customers have ever been targeted, pickpocketed, or harmed. He came early to pick us up, his personal policy is to pick up customers 15 minutes before appointed time, which is amazing, considering Jamaican time is always slow and late. He picked us up right from our villa, which was much more convenient than resort tours where we have to wait at the lobby.
He honored our requests for the type of food we wanted and was super accommodating. We were running late because of long ticket lines at Dunn's and he was very forgiving.
We took another tour with a company via our resort, and let. me. tell. you., there is no comparison! Resort tours are inflexible, a lot of down time waiting for other tourists at other resorts, and not specified to what you want to do. I will never go on a resort tour again, and resorts will always say to go with them because they want all the businesses for themselves. They tell you "outside" tours are unsafe, but that is aboslutely a lie, so don't hesitate to book with Byron for the best time! When I return, I'll be sure to contact Byron again.

My name is Stephanie . I visited Jamaica with my husband and friends . We are veey happy for the services the excellent experience with the service. Safe, economical and efficient. The driver Gregorio gave us an excellent treatment and I had a particular case I forgot my cell phone and they very kindly declined me. Security and a good experience assured.

We met Milton on arrival in Montego Bay. He was our driver for an airport transfer. We could tell he was a lot of fun to be around and we asked if he did private tours. We subsequently booked Milton for a tour to Ocho Rios (Blue Hole and Dunn’s River Falls) nd Negril (7 mile beach and Ricks Cafe) - 2 different days! He was wonderful and took us to all of the highlights. He even arranged our schedule around the cruise ship schedules to minimize the crowds we would encounter. Milton knows all of the great spots to eat (Scotchies and Best of the West are two that are just great!). Would highly recommend Byron’s Jamaica Tours and Milton!
