This guy picked my mom and I up dropped us off at a store on hipstrip told us to come back to that store to call him when we were ready tried to get us to buy stuff from that store I told him I thought he would be with us he said he had other customers to go get and he would come back and find us it poured down raining on us when we got back to the store to call him he was sitting there relaxed dry while we were stressed I felt ripped off and scammed just pay for a taxi way cheaper for same service waste of money and time first time in that country I told him no tip and I was leaving a review he kept saying you don't have to leave a review I said oh yes I do he said you going to leave bad review I told him I'm going to leave the truth and when I try to contact TripAdvisor no response so please don't get ripped off like me and my mom did very disappointed.

We are very sorry you got wet by the rain. The driver said the rain was falling so that why he told you to stay in the shop and after you finished getting your souvenirs you must call him. Because he didn't want you and your mother to get wet. He was just helping some other customers next door. You when out in the rain to other store and when he gets back to the shop he left you,you weren't there. But we are very sorry for everything and we hope to see you again here in Paradise. One love ❤🙏

So not waste your time or money. You get dropped off in the ghetto part of Jamaica and are haggled for two hours

Can you please remove this review from our listing because we know for SURE you did not book your Shopping tour with us. We don't take our Guests to the ghetto. We take Guests to shops and wait on them until they are through with their Shopping. Don't just leave your review under other Companies listing. When you book a tour the company name is on your reservation. So when you are writing your reviews please write it under the same company you book with and stop leaving it under other companies listing. Mr. Bailey was so helpful. We went on two different tours and Mr. Bailey was super friendly and explained the different monuments and what goes on in jamaica. Definitely would go again.

We had the most amazing time with our guide, Bailey. Top class service from start to finish. Please don’t think twice about booking this! 2 full hours with a guide who knows the local area well and takes you to exactly what you’re looking for.

Bailey (I hope I spelled that correct!) Was our driver and he was extremely pleasant. He asked us what we were looking for and took us to a few shops. He took us first to the most reasonable place to buy souvenirs and I was pleased with the selection. Bailey made us feel very safe!! I was hoping to stop for a snack, but my silly self had us scheduled before the restaurants opened.

Bailey my driver was excellent. I had a great time. I did my shopping and didn’t have to wait around to go back. Would definitely go again

I was extremely disappointed and felt that my friend and I didn’t get what was advertised, in other words fraud. and therefore I was ripped off for the following reasons:
The driver took us to only 1 shop and it was extremely over priced.
It seemed that he had some kind of agreement with this shop owner.
I didn’t want to purchase anything but felt I had no other choice because I wanted to bring something home.
Both my friend and I spent over 100.00 because we had no choice.
When we were leaving this driver asked where we wanted to go. How are we able to answer that question?
It was supposed to be a guided tour! He guided us no where and made us pay astronomical costs for a few trinkets.
Then we said to him that we just want to walk down the strip a bit because we really wanted to go somewhere, anywhere else!!! He said ya you can go, all by ourselves (which could be dangerous for 2 women) but only gave 20mins otherwise he was going to leave us there.
Being the nice person that my friend is, she gave the driver 5.00 US. I wasn’t happy about her decision to tip him at all because he ripped us off. I wanted to tell him off for the scam.

Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to a shop and to Margaritaville for a drink, unfortunately that was it. Just wish it would've been more of a town tour.

Remember that you book a shopping Tour and Not a city tour. Also the driver takes you to Margaritaville which was not a part of the shopping tour. Once again thank you for booking with us. One love ❤🙏

I was a little hesitant to leave the resort alone to go shopping, so I booked this tour and felt super safe. Dontay did an excellent job of taking me to the best shopping places with the best prices. I would definitely recommend this for solo female travelers.

Our trip from the Airport to our hotel was quite disturbing so I was on the fence to have to use anither transport system here in Jamaica
By the way this is my first time here
But the second Elvin/Barry walk over to us and asked are you Akouvi, the doubts, anxiety disappeared
He was very KIND patient and very professional
I can only say, He was GREAT
I will definitely recommend the service to my family and friends that will travel here in the future
