Save your money, look elsewhere

Terrible experience. I would suggest you use a different tour company. We stayed at Sandals Ochi, Island Routes is their recommended company for excursions and we've never had any issues in the past. We always book the Catamaran Cruise when visiting Jamaica and it's usually a blast. Well this time was a complete disappointment and I won't ever book with them and would suggest you find a different company as well. Heading to snorkeling and Dunn's River was fine, we sailed smoothly, the music was nice all is well. On the return from Dunn's River is where it took a sharp turn for the WORST! The captain was speeding so fast, we had to remain in our seats (if you could find one) the entire ride back to the resort. People seated at the front of the boat were getting drenched as he would hit the waves super fast and hard. Mind you, there were other boats on the water just coasting along having a FULL ON PARTY which is what we were told would happen and have experienced in the past! The other boats were partying while we were holding on for dear life!

Our room at Sandals overlooked the ocean and we did see them loading for the next departure, so I'm guessing they were running behind and had to zoom back for the next departure. I didn't pay for a speedboat ride, we paid for a cruise. Trust me, your money is better spent else where. I filed a formal complaint and they tried to tell me it was due to the weather. If that's the case, why did they load the boat and depart again. Total BS, they were running behind and played catch up at our expense.

Bad experience

Hello, we didn't like the experience, the snorkel was very short, perhaps it was take 30 minutes, they only sailed almost off the coast.
then they took us to the falls, which finally left my legs aching, more exercise than enjoyment.
but there was something very unpleasant about the people who were at the falls as supposed guides, who practically demanded tips of at least $20, which leaves a very bad reputation for the company that hires them.
My husband and I travel to the Caribbean every year and sometimes even twice a year and the truth is that nowhere has such an unpleasant moment happened to us. we will not recommend it to any friend.

but if we want to congratulate the guide who took care of us at Blue hole falls, I think his name is Lennoue who was more than kind and courteous, he served us with excellence at all times. Our congratulations to him.

Must do!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⛵️🤿

My husband and I went on the 4 hr Catamaran w/ snorkeling, Dunns River Falls and return trip with “mini buffet & full bar”. We had a blast!!!! We opted to do the step climb versus the hand held human chain and so glad we did!! Our guide, Damar, was phenomenal!!!! Damar went over and beyond what we expected!! He honestly made the trip wonderful!! We were still able to get in the falls and get pics, etc! I’d say a must do!!!!! The snorkeling was also great and our guide was very informative about the types of marine life and coral that were present on our trip!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun day

Fun day! Group of 8 — family with adult children 20+. Took the bus from Montego Bay to the catamaran. Saw a bit of the island along the way. Snorkeling was decent - quick and a lot of people. Our guide was great though pointing out sting rays, starfish, urchins, etc. plenty of fish. Falls were great. Water cool and tons of shade. If I did this again, I might split it into two - snorkel one day and falls the next. Mostly due to the bus ride. Dance party on the way back was fun.

Great tour!!

This trip was awesome! The crew was fantastic and attentive, the snorkel was well organized, safe, and a lot of fun. The Dunns Falls was really great to see and it was nice there was an option to take the stairs if you didn't want to do the human chain. The food and drinks were also amazing! The only nuance to note is that if you join this tour from Montego Bay you will be on the bus for about 1.5 hours so just helpful to understand that ahead of time. Well worth it though!

Amazing experience with unbelievable memories ! From the snorkeling around the reefs , to the dunns river falls experience with awesome and helpful tour guides , to the super energetic dj from the second you get on the boat to the second to get off , to the awesome staff and bartenders , to the awesome spread of all kinds of food they give you on the way back to the resort , ( way better then I expected , was full potion meals ).

Great experience snorkeling, visit to the falls and a great catamaran ride. The crew were all amazing and friendly! It was a wonderful time and great value! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore this beautiful island with an organized group!

Great tour

Amazingly fun! Beautiful scenery and great staff. It rained and we still had a blast, definitely recommend! Not for kids, adults mostly.
