We are pleased to know that you had a great time, however I am trying to understand why you were charged after the activity by the Attraction Guide, because your driver would have paid your entry fees before you did the activity and he is very much aware of what’s included in your package, what I thought happened is that the guide have collected a tip from you, the guides usually anticipate a tip after giving a service . I will try to find out what really happened, thanks for bringing this to us . My apologies to you and your family.

We are sorry to know that your experience was not what you had expected. the term massages under the waterfalls does not mean that someone will do that for you , What it simple means is you standing against the pressure of the waterfalls and allowing the force to beat over your body so in other words its the water which really gives you a massage. The refund that you had requested was quite unreasonable due to the fact that we had paid your entrance fees over to the separate companies in order for you to gain entry there is no way we could retrieve those funds, plus we have transported you to each location, also your partner took part in both activities so there is no way we could have honored your request of $115.20 from the amount that was paid over to us. Its good to know you had enjoyed the tubing. We hope if given the opportunity again we will be able to exceed your expectations. Regards Sana
