We had the best experience with our tour guide Orette. He was very friendly and gave us a mini tour on the way to each of our friends excursions.
I would definitely recommend. They also booked all of our tours and took us all the way to the starting place.

The Dunn River Falls portion was nice but expect to move very slow as you are asked to hold hands to form a link of all personnel within your group for safety purposes. Expect a moderate activity level for this. All in all, it was very enjoyable.
The last portion to the Blue Hole was a bit more enjoyable as the group was much smaller in size. The guides although enlightened by the local dried vegetation 🇯🇲 were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this excursion from Kool Jamaica.

What a great experience! Dunn River was fun and blue hole was such an amazing experience. Our driver was great and very informative about Jamaica. 10/10 don’t wait to book

Super schön, wenn man mit wenig Menschen vor Ort ist. Ich war früh morgens da. Es war sehr entspannt! Kurz vor Mittag wurde es dann ziemlich voll!

My family and I recently used this company while we were on a cruise last week. The cruise line did not have many excursions for kids (4 yr old), so we took a chance and booked our excursion through Trip Advisor using Kool Jamaica Tours. We we’re very pleased with their service. I received a text the day before we reached Jamaica and was provided our tour guide’s info. Our tour guide, Orette, was fantastic and very informative! I would definitely recommend using this company. My husband, two son, and myself enjoyed this excursions. We made some incredible family memories.

Hopped of the cruise line, and took a ride to the park, and then on to the White RIver walk/jump/swimming. Would have liked to have gotten to swim more was all. So very much worth it! Great guide. Val was amazing, and Pepsi our driver was most helpful and entertaining. Val encouraged me, a 56 year old mom, to jump off of cliffs, I would have never thought I'd do it, but he was kind, encouraging and gentle. The ONLY real issue I had was the typical (I understand) Jamaica hustle. We were told one price and it increased 10-15 person when we got there. It seemed a little wrong, but our things were safe in the vehicle while we walked, jumped, and rafted, as well as were taken to a store "No Problem" to shop for rum, which I am sure Pepsi got a little back for lol. But, the experience was worth it. Just wish it had been a with more clarity and candor. We could have showed up under prepared, and almost did. I wasnt carrying around a lot of cash, assumed that was a poor choice. We were going to tip anyway, and did, but it was the only port like that.

This was an amazing adventure for our family! Godfrey was out driver, he was so funny and friendly. Our first stop was Dunns River Falls and he delivered us to our guide Rafael for our waterfall experience. After about an hour and a half, we met back up with Godfrey and travelled about 25 minutes to the Blue Hole. Again he delivered us right to our guide, Ryan and we began our adventure. Our group of 8 all agreed this was our favorite part of our vacation. Once we were ready to go, Godfrey was ready to transport us back to the cruise terminal. He pointed out a few good places to eat, if we were interested in grabbing a bite, which we were! He had cold soda and water for us, the bus was comfortable and cool, and Godfrey was a pleasure to spend time with. Highly recommend Kool Jamaica!!

Absolutely loved this day trip, we booked to do both Blue Hole and Dunn's River and I have to say we all would have stayed at Blue Hole, and not bothered with Dunn's. The guys were amazing, took such good care of us all and encouraged my 11 year old son to jump off the highest ledge, which he did and was so delighted that he did. Brilliant experience!!! Dunn's was very busy, not time to take it all in, moved up the waterfall quickly and then back on the bus! Glad we did it, but not the same care from staff that we had at Blue hole, lunch was amazing too!!!

This was so fun, I had an excellent time climbing the waterfall rocks at Dunn's River Falls and jumping into the beautiful blue water at the Blue Hole. Wear water shoes everything else was provided.

Rafael was our guide at Dunn’s River Falls and he took great care to make sure everyone was safe and was included in the pictures. Ricardo was our guide at Blue Hole and he was very patient with us because a couple of us were afraid of heights, but he made us feel comfortable before we jumped from the platform. We went on a Saturday so there were fewer people than when the cruise ships are in port which is usually on Tuesday or Wednesday. Godfrey was our driver with the tour company Kool Jamaica Tours and he arrived promptly for our pickup at our villa. He allowed us to leave our beach bags, towels, phones on the tour bus and kept it safe and locked for us while we went into the water parks. He also stopped at Scotchies restaurant on the way back to the villa so we could buy some food and drinks.

Hi, my husband and I have water-resistant sport sandals. Would those be okay to wear for this excursion or do we need to get closed-toe water shoes?

The shoes need to have rubber grip soles and honestly I would recommend closed toes shoes. You are walking thru running water that at times makes visibility difficult so you are using your feet to guide where underwater rocks are during the climb. I don't know if it's a requirement for closed toes though - you could check with either location. Hope that helps.

We would love to book this tour for a pick up at 10.30am on Thursday 7th July 2022 from FALMOUTH CRUISE PORT!
Would this work out for us to be back by 3.30pm?
