组织有条理而且迅速。当我们下了游船，就可以立刻上去早已等候在那里的面包车，而其他人只能在长长的队伍中等待。车辆干净，空间又大。Samantha和Courtney 是我们的导游，他们很棒。这趟旅程真的是好极了，你们一定要来试试。你一定不会失望的。大蓝洞壮观极了，食物好吃，购物点有趣，沙滩漂亮。我全程都感觉很安全，他们把我们这一行10人照顾得好好的。他们非常专业又好客，让我们的行程变得很愉快。我们已经忍不住想再次参加了。

Triple Action- blue hole, ticer tubing and beachside horseback ride

The triple action was sooo fun!! We had a blast at blue hole and we really enjoyed horseback riding on the beach and river tubing also! Jodie and Omar were Outstanding. 10/10 hands down the most fun excursion!!

Family Adventure from Cruise

Brought our young family ranging from 3-11, Guides thought the trip were helpful at each of the activities and able to help our children do the activities they wanted. Tour was easy to find with comfortable vans to ride in throughout the trip. Shawn and Benji were great tour guides and made it fun for everyone, highly reccomend.

Disappointing. Unnecessarily long.

We chose the tubing / blue hole combo which on their website clearly states is 2 1/2 hours. We left at 8am in a private van with another family of four. However, the other family had picked a horse backriding excursion in addition. So we had to wait for them to be done with their activity. We were in a van with A/C no biggie but boring. We just drove around. Then we did the tubing and our guide reeked of alcohol. He had clearly been drinking or hang over. He was our guide and life guard. Super unprofessional. After the blue hole they said let’s stop for lunch but we’ll take it to go. Lunch is NOT included by the way. Unfortunately the other family did want the to go lunch so that was an extra stop and more wasted time since my family wasn’t hungry and we drove with the smell of their food until our “next stop” - shopping. We were never informed there would be shopping. It was also a very random over prized souvenir shop. I’m guessing they get a kick back. We didn’t want to do shopping so again, waiting in the car. The excursion which we were told would take 2 1/2 hours ended up taking more than 6 hours!!! Very disappointing and a waste of our time. We should’ve been back enjoying our ship as promised instead of randomly stopping at places or waiting for the other guests. I wish they were more transparent. Would never book with them again.

Good day thanks much for your feedback and we will do our best to continue to improve the product that we offer. Guest book the tour from Falmouth port not the Ocho Rios port. Though guest saw the 2 and a half hours tour time on the website guest was specifically told that the tour would last more than the 2 hours and 30 minutes from the Falmouth port because of the additional drive time. While this tour is a shared tour and we put similar tour package together. We will investigate as to why guest had wait at horse back riding while this was not necessary. The river tubing is a license attraction and they sell beverage on the river for guest so though guest may smell alcohol their tour guides are not allow to drink on the job. Therefore this claim would have to be investigated. Doing a share tour we will at some point have to accommodate some request of the other guest and as guest stated the other family was hungry and they bought lunch to go since the other family wasn't hungry. As for additional stop at shopping we will have to investigate this. With this information we will now update our description to state that their will be a possibility of a lunch and shopping stop so guest doing a shared tour will know that this is possible, we want to thanks guest for this feedback so we can better upgrade our product. We are once again sorry for what happen and if you ever come to Jamaica again we would love to show you an even greater time on our island.

Fun in the water!

Our guides Jody and Adrian were very entertaining, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure we maximized our time with fun and education on the area and culture.

Fun trip. Jody and Adrian were great tour guides. Professional and friendly. I liked the rafting the best. Our stop for lunch had delicious food
