Had a great day in Ochos - we had tour guide Dave and he was very attentive and took great care of us! I will say the only thing I didn't like about the excursion was the horse back riding - It was in the opposite direction to the rest of the activities and for the short ride on the beach I would have rather done something else closer to the rest. BUT it did not ruin our day, everyone was really nice and made sure we had a good time at the Blue Hole and the Rafting.

Rude vendors demanding tips. Rude staff & tour driver. I expect a refund! Don’t go here! Not worth it! Vendors wanted to make the horses go fast for inexperienced horse riders. They took us to the hardest blue hole riding ever, not mentioning the hiking involved that caused injuries. I didn’t even do the white water rafting. Vendors laughing at us. Give me my refund!!

We always appreciate everyone's opinions. However in this particular case this was a family of six with one person who wanted to dictate everything to the tour guides who are all licensed and operating for many years. Because the guides didn't obey her instructions, after the first two tours she said she wanted to go back to the cruise ship. No other participants had any problems,her father even tipped the driver. After a few days she was constantly sending threats what she was going to do to damage the operation.

It was a great experience, our tour guides were amazing. The blue hole was by far our favorite, the two, our guides took really good care of us and used our phone to take really great group photos.

Dave was awesome and very knowledgeable. Excursions were just the right amount of time and fun. Will use him again when we come back in the future
