DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money. Everything we were told before entering was a complete scam. I can’t even type every wrong thing that took place because it would be a novel. Do not book this place ESPECIALLY if you’re coming from a resort. We booked to leave in the morning and didn’t get home until past 9pm and we spent a total of 1 hour doing the activities, which were also not as described either. You have to buy a bunch of extra stuff they don’t tell you when booking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Everything was amazing from the horseback riding to the mineral bath. The manager Micheal was very informative from the minerals that goes in te bath to making me feel very relax and comfortable.

The horses were severely neglected, very skinny and in horrible shape.
Being an animal lover and having horses of my own, this was heartbreaking. They push these horses to unrealistic measures and whip them to get them to swim. I don’t know how to turn them in for neglect, but will keep researching to do so. Do not fund this abusive excursion!!

Do not go terrible cattle market the bus ride was late going and late coming back staff stood around and unhelpful begging for tips show your appreciation is what they say for what ? The cultural tour down the dirt path looking at snakes and tortoise in a discusting tiny cage the box cart that lasted 5 minutes the atv yes was good but got whipped at speed by bushes the food was terrible and drinks over priced then we got told to wait in the heat for 2 hours while a bus came and then left us in it not air conditioned for a further hour till they filled it to the maximum I was so hot I nearly passed out terrible terrible way to get back it's a 2 hour journey and I can't believe for the 400 dollars we spent for 3 activities they then treat you like cattle when they say good bye and staff are just stood with miserable faces like its a job they hate and just show up to to get paid there are plenty other places you can do thes trips AVOID this one

My family and I visited Jamwest while on vacation in Jamaica and it was a breathtaking and exciting experience. The staff were very informative and patient and made sure that everyone within the individual groups were safe and have plenty of fun. 10/10 recommendation this place for a family outing

Bus was late 2 hrs picking up from hotel and they don’t tell you that everyone that is on the bus whether they are doing 1 excursion or 4 that you have to wait until everyone is finished to leave.

Not only were the activities amazing but the staff was incredible! Our guides went the extra mile to make it the most fun and memorable experience. Special thank you to Metro, our safari guide for really making our adventure sooo fun! I got to cross a few things off my bucket list at JamWest! I will definitely be back!

I never usually write reviews, bad ones at that, but I’m very disappointed. I went to the park on September 7th, paid $20 USD for 2 photos and was told the photos would be emailed to me that same night. The photos have not been sent to me and no one will get back to me. Feels like I’ve been scammed to be honest. Don’t bother purchasing photos, you won’t get them!

By allowing me to view my photos online without having to submit a review. We just wanted to view our horseback riding and swimming photos, however, I could not get past the trip advisor review form to view them and possibly purchase them. The horseback ride met my expectations, but it is almost like a kiddie ride bc guides are with you holding the horses reigns most of the time.

I see that yours is the only review for this excursion. I'm a solo traveler and have to be very careful about where I go and what I do. Is this a safe, well attended tour and did you get enough time on your horse for the money you spent for the tour? Did you feel the value was worth the money? Also, were you picked up from your hotel, or did you have to make your own way to the departure point? Many thanks for any information you can provide. I will be in Negril next week and am thinking of including this tour.
