Not only were the activities amazing but the staff was incredible! Our guides went the extra mile to make it the most fun and memorable experience. Special thank you to Metro, our safari guide for really making our adventure sooo fun! I got to cross a few things off my bucket list at JamWest! I will definitely be back!

I never usually write reviews, bad ones at that, but I’m very disappointed. I went to the park on September 7th, paid $20 USD for 2 photos and was told the photos would be emailed to me that same night. The photos have not been sent to me and no one will get back to me. Feels like I’ve been scammed to be honest. Don’t bother purchasing photos, you won’t get them!

By allowing me to view my photos online without having to submit a review. We just wanted to view our horseback riding and swimming photos, however, I could not get past the trip advisor review form to view them and possibly purchase them. The horseback ride met my expectations, but it is almost like a kiddie ride bc guides are with you holding the horses reigns most of the time.

Well journey their through Tui was fine however on getting down to the stables for the horse ride to the sea the lady instructor decided to tell a lady from the USA she was not able to ride due to her size- the lovely American lady was mortified at the way she told her directly in front of our group! When the instructor then decided to confront the American lady she was truly aggressive in front of the many children in the group My family were mortified by her behaviour. Some time later the American lady appeared on the beach on her horse. She later told us the manager fired the women on the spot! I think this was a one off occasion but then to top it off your told no cameras and the photographer did not show up much to the guides annoyance and ours!
Not the best trip for us and quite rushed !

This experience was so much fun and exciting, the friendly and knowledgable tour guide Kirkland and his colleague did very good with having my girlfriend and I enjoy this excursion experience. We sat on a bull back, feed birds while standing on our arms, pet a snapping turtle back, seen a crocodile and learned alot information about safari life. They are 5 star tour guides 🌟

We really enjoyed our horseback riding and Safari. Shine was my guide for the riding and was awesome, he would stop and point out hero’s and plants for me to smell and taste. Shine was awesome and very personable I wish I could remember the other guides name too. Going into the Ocean with the horses was fun and the pictures they took. The Safari with Metro was awesome. We were in the early morning tour which was actually just my husband and I. Metro taught us so much and was a great photographer. He would make sure we got great pictures at every stop. These guides do a great job there. I would recommend it highly.

I am sad to say that I am not pleased with this excursion. It seemed a little hokey. Loooooong ride to and from the place was an absolute beat down. The horseback riding was not at all what I had envisioned. Lots of trash and plastic bottles laying all over the ground by the water. The safari was just sad looking at all the animals in their tiny little cages.
Lunch was really good. I had chicken kbobs and rice. Was very tasty!
One bright spot in the excursion was the mineral spring bath. I actually did feel more relaxed afterward. Our tour guide for this was Orlando. Awesome guy! Very personable and informative.
Another negative is that when we were finished with our tour, they rushed us out the door without letting us view our pics. They pretty much threw business cards at us and said “you can view and order your pics online.” As of two days after our trip, our pics were still not online!
Save your money! Do the Dunn’s River Falls and Cool Runnings Catamaran excursion. It was awesome!!!

i loved this combo we had a great time here especially for couples i would highly recommend, each employee were very warm-hearted and helpful ! they made sure our visit was safe and comfortable!! thank you all for a great experience

This was my first time on a horse. I enjoyed the horse riding my horse name was Black beauty was so kind and gentle! My guide Fabio was the best.. he educated me on all the natural herbs growing along the path. He was so calming and my fear just went away in the first 2 minutes of the trail! I will return again. It’s the best experience you have to try it!!! Did I mention the horse swam with you on their back!! Yea Mon!

As a solo traveler, I review most everything before I depart. I took a chance on this tour given that there was only 1 review posted.
Overall, I had a great time! The tour guides are very knowledgeable and fun.
There seems to be a bit of disorganization with the check-in process, but everyone was nice about it. I was a bit disappointed with the horseback ride on the beach. No one asked me of my riding experience at all. The description read that tourists are able to choose their own horses. That was not the case with me. My horse was chosen before I even got my helmet on good; maybe because I was alone and a woman. I also thought that I'd be "RIDING" the horse, not being walked by a tour guide, slowly through the tour. I have ridden horses many times in my life, and have ridden a horse on the beach. This was NOT that type of tour. My guide was GREAT though! A young man named Sean or Shawn. He made the walk enjoyable with all of his knowledge and experience. The photographer was great too; I think his name is Daniel. However, the photo package you can purchase is RIDICULOUS! They are just old school print outs put in a cheap photo album and are WAY overpriced. I did ask if they would email the pics to me and they did, which helped tremendously. I really wanted to at least trot my horse, especially through the shallow parts of the water. I don't appreciate when others assume what I want or can do, and it seems that perhaps this a cultural thing with the men in this region. I really believe that the description of what was going to happen on this tour was not accurate.
As for the safari; it was fun and entertaining, but here again, the tour driver (a male) was persistent in asking that I ride up front with him rather than in the back with the rest of the tourists. It felt rather controlling and self-serving. Another note, is that the description on these tours read that lunch was included, however, tourists had to pre-order lunch before the tours and pay for it and drinks. The horseback riding tour is really a photo op and chance for the tour company to make money beyond the cost of the tour. I would still say that I had a great time, and that is mainly because I make the best of every situation and make it my business to have a great time!

I see that yours is the only review for this excursion. I'm a solo traveler and have to be very careful about where I go and what I do. Is this a safe, well attended tour and did you get enough time on your horse for the money you spent for the tour? Did you feel the value was worth the money? Also, were you picked up from your hotel, or did you have to make your own way to the departure point? Many thanks for any information you can provide. I will be in Negril next week and am thinking of including this tour.
We are staying at a Montego Bay hotel. Is there pickup from there? Also, Is this ATV, ziplining and horseback riding for this price?
