Not all activities are worth it.
The people were really nice. It's a bit of a mess and confusing as you try to figure out when you can do your tour. That was annoying. It felt rushed.
The Safari was a complete waste of time and money. It was absolutely not worth seeing.
The Zipline was probably the best thing there. There are 7 lines. Jace and Greg were very professional. I felt safe while jumping. I did hurt my knee. Greg promised to help me take care of it and he didn't leave my side until the medic on site took care of me. I am so appreciative if that.
Orlando in the mineral springs was very nice as well. My sisters enjoyed ATV and my mom enjoyed horseback riding. I didn't experience them.

Zip lines were amazing and the Zip line guides were very personable. A jasmine, extra, and one other person.

Tour guide for safari was very knowledgeable and answered any of our questions.

THE WORLDS BEST EXPERIENCE !!

This is my first time in Jamaica am being at jam west was theeee best I was greeted by a good hunny fella XTRA he was so amazing and took his time to show me the zip line am he did awesome tricks an made sure we was safe an had a good time. He also had amazing crew members jimmy ,odesha ,renardo they Sooo much fun . Me and my friends set told ppl on put eaaoet to check this place it was amazing. I took pics with everything. I definitely will give this place a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jamaica is my second home .

I had the most amazing time here. The zip line and crew really took my breath away. Extra Almightieeeeeeee gets 5 stars for enhancing the overall experience on the zip line. His smile and customer service was top of the line...literally! Thank you so much for an unfortunately experience. I’ll be back very soon!

Omg. I knew better when I pulled in. The Safari was the most pathetic thing I have ever done. It started with a lifeless Brama bull tied up in a field, then a snapping turtle and a couple crocodiles, all in cement pools just big enough to hold them surrounded by chicken wire. It ended with feeding the "exotic" birds in aviary. Chickens, ducks and doves. $89 @. DONT GO!!!

Great guides, and fun
We had an awesome time a full day of fun and adventure. Metro was a great guide on safari. Steven and shavaun made the zip line the best part of the day! Mineral bath was cold but refreshing, props to Orlando for that! This is a great excursion I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Experience
I truly recommend going to Jamwest for your excursions! Special Thank you to Extreme and Ronaldo who took me and my boyfriend on our Ziplining excursion. I really appreciated the way they made us ( the eldest of the group) and the other preteens in our group extremely comfortable! Our safety came first from telling us to stand back and not proceeding until they made sure everyone was safe to open the gate that allowed us to soar. I would do this again and again and again ! The safari was extremely informative and great for kids and adults whose first time it is going on a safari. Animals are caged so everyone remains safe!
