It’s a great tour. Depending on where you leave from to start the tour, it’s a long ride. We left from Mobay. If that’s your pickup, take snacks. It’s a full day so don’t plan on doing anything else. The Appleton tour is really cool. If you are sensitive to strong smells, take a mask with you. It was hot the day I went and I couldn’t handle it. But I powered through. If you don’t drink rum (I don’t) don’t try anything. Don’t get me wrong - Appleton is very good rum. After learning so much about it I was proud to buy it. The rum in the gift shop is reasonably priced and make great souvenirs. YS falls was a lot of fun. Lots of great photo ops. The tour guides are very helpful and ensure your safety. The Black River safari was also interesting. Got a little rain when we went and saw a double rainbow. Made the experience even more unique for me. Floyd’s Pelican bar is okay - it’s food. Lol. But the tour is worth it. I enjoyed it very much.

What a fun experience this was! The Appleton rum tour was full of history on how to make rum, and they even involve you in on the process.
YS falls was beautiful. The air was so fresh and there’s so many beautiful areas to take pictures. A guide will even take you through the water and make sure you get the best pictures.
The black river safari was fun, even though we only saw two crocodiles. The weather was a little rainy, so that could be why we didn’t see much.
Floyd’s pelican bar was very interesting. The food was delicious, and me and my husband got our names carved into the bar. The food does take a while to make, but they warn you about that once you order. There were crabs crawling all over the bar, which was very fun to see.
The best part of the experience however, was our driver Nathaniel. He was super informative about Jamaica as a whole and he even let us make stops to try some of the best local food around. We appreciated his generosity so much, and he really made the experience a 10/10 for us!

Don’t book this, it’s a scam. We booked this excursion for the above listed locations and when the driver arrived he said we’re only going to the Black River Safari. We asked to go back to our resort as that is not a $360 outing. They refused refund saying that’s all we booked was the Safari. We went through our resort at the same price and enjoyed the outing. ***Do not book here, go through your resort!!!***

You booked the wrong tour option and you received an email the day before your excursion about where you’d be taken based on what you paid for on viator on the day of your excursion you wanted a free upgrade however the timing would not allow this so your tour was canceled and a refund was issued to you on the same platform you booked with less than a week.

We just returned from our trip to Jamaica and will forever recommend O'Dane and Catch a Cab N Tours for anyone wanting to experience all that Jamaica has to offer! O'Dane was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was an all around great guide. He helps to make the most out of your trip! He was happy to answer all of our questions and provide recommendations on other things to make sure to check out next time we visit. Had we had more time in Jamaica, we would have booked another day with him without hesitation. Definitely worth booking!

We had a great adventure in Jamaica with Jay at Catcha Cab and Tour. We began our day at The Appleton Estate and learned so much about the rum making process! Jay was an excellent and patient driver as he escorted us to several locations amidst some serious rain fall. We especially enjoyed the YS Falls, such a beautiful location. This was a great tour!

We just returned from our Jamaican vacation, we had a great time! We did the Rum Fctory, YS Falls, Black River Safari and Pelican Bar with Catch A Cab N Tour and also used them for transportation to do some shopping and go to Rick's Cafe. Both days were great. Odane and Michael were both very knowledgeable of the area and shared history and facts with us as we drove. We didn't know where to go shopping so Odane chose some for us, including a stop at the grocery store for diapers. He also remembered to take photos for us and made sure to send them to me. Definitely recommend them for any tour or transportation needs while Jamaica!

We had such a great day thanks to our tour guide Odane. We did the Rum factory, YS Falls, and the Black River tour.
Odane was entertaining, informative, and very sweet. I would highly recommend him and the tour. This was our first time to Jamaica and I hope not our last. Thank you Odane for such a great day. “Ya mon” will be forever be in our hearts. 💕

We just got back from an amazing trip to Jamaica! What made it even better is our experience with Odane and his assistant Shabba. We spend the whole day with them touring Appleton Estates, YS Falls, Black River and the Pelican Bar. We also spent another afternoon with Odane at the Red Dragon and Rick's Cafe.
Odane was on time picking us up from the resort, and greeted us with a warm friendly smile! The day started off with a stop at a street vendor for a breakfast of porridge. It wasn't any kind of porridge we had ever eaten before, (thinking it was going to be oatmeal),.....it was peanut porridge! My husband didn't want any but then ended up eating mine!! Delicious!
Odane and Shabba quizzed us on what we knew about Jamaica, on the geography, history, politics and music....it was like a comedy act! We learned a lot in a fun, engaging way! While we enjoyed the tours Shabba took pics and videos with my camera of our experiences.....they turned out great! Thank you Shabba!!
This is just a small example of our experience with Odane. He is very professional and caring, always checking in with us if we were OK, if we needed anything. He made our experience with him very personalized by taking us off the beaten path to experience Jamaica like the locals.
If you want a truly unique experience while touring beautiful Jamaica, you can't go wrong with Odane James! Tell him what you're looking for and he will make it happen. We can't wait to go back and we will definitely be contacting Odane again!
