We enjoyed our driver and guide very much! His name is Clive and he allowed us to take our time with everything. We came during quarantine still and had a private tour since tourism in Jamaica is down tremendously. We enjoyed being the only ones in the Blue Hole and the falls. It was so exhilarating being in the water and jumping from the falls. A rope swing was provided, our guide through the park, Nico, took amazing pics of my boyfriend and I. They were very professional pictures that I would have never been able to take myself. Everyone is Jamaica is always nice and theee guys were no exception. We did some shopping and found great prices thanks to Clive taking us out of the resort. Had some jeep pork and were back in time for a nap. It was a great experience, and I would book with this company, and request Clive, once more.
Also, you really need to get water shoes for the excursion. If you don't have any, Clive will show you a cheap place to pick some up.

Trip description was for 6 hours with shopping & meal stop at Scotchies after the blue hole & secret falls. No-one tells you that you only get 45m there in total. After the blue hole you move to the falls but you can't go under them & then a kadt walk to jump in the 3rd pool. Good fun but could've done with at least another 30m.
I agreed to pay $25 for the photo CD after the first stop at the blue hole & was told more would be added - they weren't!
The 'shopping' trip was to one store with the usual tourist stuff. Not 'proper' shopping as expected.
Once back on bus, driver said he was taking us back to resort. When I asked about Scotchies he told me we could stop if wanted. There was quite a queue and other party on our trip stayed on the bus so the meal we had been looking forward to (Scotchies World Famous Jerk Chicken) turned into a quick wrap takeaway which was really disappointing.
All in all we were out for 4h on what had been described as a 6h trip was very disappointing - expensive at £48 each for what we got.

This is a great tour from the excellent tour guide, Marlon, to the Blue Hole excursion crew led by Tyrone. These guys deserve great tips. Tyrone and his group, in particular, were great in working with nervous excursion goers, such as myself😅. They were great at helping you navigate very slippery terrain so major kudos to those guys. They were fantastic in helping my young daughter maneuver around as well. It’s a fun tour but be ready for jumping from some good heights into the refreshing water. Don’t think about the jumps and just do it!

We had a great time on this excursion. Our driver, Omar, is very professional and courteous. Our tour group was small with only 4 people (2 couples) and it was almost like a private tour experience. The blue hole was a lot of fun. Get ready to jump into some fresh and cold water. We had two guides at the blue hole for the four of us and they were also great. There are photographers taking pictures of you while you are jumping in the blue hole. If you want to buy the pictures after you get out of the blue hole area, make sure to haggle with them. They wanted $60 for the CD with all the pictures and we got it down to $20. (We do need to check to make sure they didn't take some pictures out because we haggled...fingers crossed). After the excursion we had the option to go shopping according to the tour schedule, but we opted to go to Scotchies for lunch instead, and the food was delicious! The drive to blue hole was about 30 minutes from our hotel in Runaway Bay (Luxury Bahia Principe). We were picked up at 10:15am and were back by by 2:30pm. I would recommend SNL Jamaica Tours after this experience.

Csn u pick .up from. The Jewel hotel in runaway bay. Also the product says 6 hours whhch i assume includes drive time so how much time is allocated for shopping and lunchtime?
