We visited 4 local restaurants and tried 3 cocktails and a coffee to start us off. I was so stuffed! Our tour guide was Desi and she was wonderful, so energetic and full of amazing details about her home that I had not heard before and this was our 3rd tour of the island this week! The pace was good. There’s a lot of walking but the stops break it up so it won’t feel overwhelming for most. My advice is the skip whatever meal comes before your tour as you will be stuffed by the end.

Lorna, our tour guide on February 23rd, was absolutely outstanding. Lorna provided excellent historical information about the cultural sites that we visited in Old San Juan. I was impressed with her energy and her ability to weave in the historical facts in an engaging manner with our tour group. All of the food and the drink that we consumed on our Old San Juan Walk and Taste Tour was excellent quality. We had a group of ten people and it was a very manageable and enjoyable experience. The three hour tour goes very quickly!
I recommend the Spoon Experience and most especially our tour guide - Lorna.

Excellent tour, strongely recommend. Tour guide Nikki was nice and places taken were excellent and nice. Food and drinks wonderful. History of San Juan good.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and informative tour of Old San Juan. Our tour guide, Nico was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She brought an enthusiasm to her historical data that was thoroughly entertaining!! The food portions were large and the drinks were delicious! Highly recommend this - ask for Nico!

What a great experience! Thanks to our exceptional guide, Lorna, for her many insights, and concern for our group. We found many food and drink experiences that we will revisit in future trips to San Juan. I am still dreaming of the mofango! The trip is a bargain when you consider what you receive!

Elliot was an awesome guide. He had great English...was able to answer questions..it was 8 thousand steps and was well spent eating and drinking and visiting with our fellow travellers!! Highly recommend

What an amazing tour!
Our guide, Lorna, was beyond excellent. She gave us such a beautiful history of Viejo San Juan along with exposure to delicious food and cocktails. I’m so glad we experienced this tour, what a beautiful way to spend the morning and to emerge yourself in the amazing Puerto Rican culture.

Pablo was amazing! Very informative of Puerto Rico and the history of it.
The walking part is very manageable and Pablo makes sure to walk in the shade.
The food/drinks stop were delicious. I would 100% recommend this tour

Elliot, our guide, was the only thing better than the food and drinks...and the food and drinks were fantastic! He was knowledgeable, informative, funny and sweet. La Taberna Lúpulo had Cubanos so good we came back the next day! Recommended 100%

This food tour is the perfect way to get to know Old San Juan. Pablo had so much knowledge about the history of Puerto Rico with its rich architecture and food. There was plenty of food and drinks. No one walked away hungry!! We would highly recommend this tour for any age.

This tour is all in Old San Juan, which is a must see of San Juan. The tour provides a lot of history, as well as a lot of food.
