They canceled our ticket at the time of arrival. We drove 1 hr for nothing , would of been considerate to give us the heads up that it might be canceled to weather ,instead of canceling at the time of the asked time to be there

The activity itself was a new, fun experience that I’d love to try again …somewhere else. My family and I booked 6 blocks for a birthday celebration and our experience with the operator was blah. I think when you have offer these unique activities that people are traveling for, your personality should be fun and enthusiastic. From the moment we arrived the operate was dry and seemed a little annoyed. He wasn’t encouraging and was watching a movie or something in his phone the whole time. Idk, maybe get someone else to do it!?

I read previous reviews about how the operator canceled without reason but I didn’t think it would happen to me. I planned this activity a month in advance for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and he was super excited. At 5am the morning of, I received an email from Viator that the booking was canceled without explanation. When reaching out to the operator about why it was canceled (me thinking it was due to a waiver) they responded with “the beach was closed”. However, we were at the beach all day as a part of another excursion and traveled from San Juan to be there. Not sure why the operator said the beach was closed when we and many other people were there. I would’ve accepted any other explanation, but this one puzzles me. Overall, just really disappointing considering how excited my fiancé was and that day being his actual birthday.

Easy to learn, good price for the experience, 30 min session felt like enough time. You only go out about 100 yards so it felt safe

Teen boys had a great time. One of my kids wasn’t able to do it because he hurt his food the owner was gracious enough to reimburse me. Media package had a lot of photos and videos.

I must say this was really fun . I am afraid of going to far away from shore because of sharks but I was so focused on trying to fly boarding I forgot I couldn’t touch the bottom of the ocean lol. The instructors were really nice and helpful they were very patient I bet they need a lot of it because it took us about 20 mins to get the hang of it . I had booked me and my fiancée at 2 different time slots thinking we needed separate ones my misunderstanding but they let us go together so if you’re booking more then 1 person book the same time slot. I felt like the green goblin from spider man lol. Get the picture package it’s worth the extra few dollars they do video it’s worth it !

I had so much fun! Once I finally got the hang of it , I could enjoy being in the air. The instructor was very patient and encouraging. I will definitely be back.
