Nice tour guides
We went to three tours with bespoke. We loved all of them, especially the tour guides, they were like angles! When we went to the bio wave tour, we are two girls, we didn’t have the strength to finish the trip but the tour guide helped to carry us the whole time, he is super sweet and nice! And when we went the cave, our tour guide that day was so funny and responsible! Loved them! They made our trip amazing! 每一次导游都帮我们好多忙，人都超级好，荧光海滩我们两个女生划不动船，其中一个导游看我快哭了就把他的船和我们的挂在一起，然后一路上拉着我们走，真的感动死了。去山洞的时候那个导游超搞笑超级负责任，反正真的很贴心，超级好评！

Just what we wanted!
Great visit to El Yunque. Fantastic views. Our driver and guide Francisco was friendly, knowledgeable, and humorous. This is NOT a "slide down the waterfall, hike deep into the forest" trip. If that is what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. But if you want a relaxed, informative rainforest experience, as we did, this is perfect.

Elias and Felix were hands down an amazing group to be guided by. I had an amazing time, they were so cordial and funny from when we stepped into the bus until we were dropped off.

George and Luis you need to go with

If you’re going to do this type of activity , I am recommending that you go with George and Luis. They were so into safety and made sure everyone on their team was safe. I saw other companies and team leader not really involved with their group and safety. But if you’re going here , you need to go with George and Luis. Trust me on this one.

Not worth it. Tour guide rushes you and doesn’t show you any trails. The van is tiny and i got really car sick. Spent too much time on teaching us about the forest than actually being in the forest.

Amazing
Great your, for those of us that can't do an extensive workout or hike.
We had the opportunity to experience the rain forest and enjoy the beauty of the Yunke.

We had the best experience and best tour guide. We have two children 9 and 6 and they loved it, especially the river. It was not strenuous or difficult.

This was an awesome experience that really gave you a nice taste of the Rainforest (INCREDIBLE VIEWS) and our tour guide (Francisco) was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and hilarious!

Definitely worth it

This excursion is definitely worth it! It is a manageable hike to two great natural water slides, a rope swing and rocks with different ability levels to jump from. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because our trip was only 3 hours instead of the stated 4. I would have liked to chill in the water longer.
