Roberto was an excellent tour guard. His knowledge about the island allowed us to emerge ourselves into the history of Puerto Rico.

This was a wonderful experience because I went to a beach and a restaurant with the locals of the country. Bobby was excellent! He is filled with information and the history of the country. He was very easy to talk to and made you feel like you were part of his family. My wife and I were well pleased. Plus... we got mangoes!!!

I had gone to the tour of West Side of puerto rico with west side destinations.
This was one of the best tours I had while in puerto rico and bobby gave a personalized tour with excellent details of each spot we visited and giving history details to the places we visited. Enjoyed conversations about different types of mangroves ,different existing coquis and also detailed description given of the cabo rajo salt beds and the reason for its pink color.
Bobby is excellent tour guide who has vast knowledge of this area.
Excellent service and very professional.
Bobby went beyond to give me an excellent experience which I will always cherish.
I highly recommend west side destinations for the tours offered by them
Will definitely come back to take more tours in the future.

We had a really good experience doing this tour. We visited fantastic places, and our guide Roberto was super professional. He really knows about Puerto Rico history, and he was very kind with us. We definitively recommend this agency for friends and family.

Tour was hosted by two guys who are passionate about their island (Puerto Rico) and passionate about their tour business. Both spoke English perfectly.
I was picked up at my San Juan hotel on schedule. The 2-hour drive to the Southwest corner of Puerto Rico went quickly. Tour guides led lively conversation about PR history, cuisine, landscape, culture, slang, etc.
First stop was Playa Buye, a scenic, tree-lined, calm, swim-able beach that (I suspect) few non-PR residents ever visit. We were there for about 2 hours.
Second stop was the town of Boqeron. Here you have a choice of two things:
(1) Beach… A more commercialized beach than the first beach stop.
(2) Downtown Boqeron itself. A pedestrian-friendly village with (mostly) bars, restaurants, tourist beach shops etc.
Third stop was at a well-chosen area restaurant where we sat on a covered open-air deck, had reasonably-priced appetizers and, (for me) craft beers. I was part of a lively group and this stop was fun, especially so after two beach stops.
After the third stop, we had a short drive along a west-shore road overlooking the ocean to the west. (My suggestion to the operators is to find a place to stop for a few minutes to enjoy the view and take a few pictures.)
Lastly, we had the same 2-hour drive back to San Juan. Overall, an entertaining and educational day.

They picked us up at a general location close to the Hotel. So we had to walk about 5 mins from the hotel. They will call you before they are on the way for pick up. Great team!
