We enjoyed getting out and exploring another part of the island without needing to rent a car. Our tour guide took us to “local” locations that were not crowded. We saw a natural swim pond in El Yunque, a black sand beach that no one else was on and a local restaurant right on the beaches of the southeast.

We loved our tour! Sarah was an excellent guide, and gave us a great history lesson of PR! The views were stunning. The black sand was an amazing sight. I would 100% book with them again

Transportation arrived on time. Went to a beach front restaurant that had excellent food. Tour guide was very informative and fun. Would definitely book more tours in the future.

We initially booked the tour to the Cave, but they told me that's cancelled the night before the activity which made us no chance to reschedule our plan. Instead they provided us with another tour “See the southeast of puerto rico”. It's indicated that the tour will take 8 hours and go to four places. But we just ended up with going to see a pitfall from a village I don't know where, then roadside to see the ocean. And finally Patilas was the only great place we went to. The tour just lasted 5 hours and 3h was for the driving. Our guide was easy-talking and knowledged to answer our questions about the city, history. However she had been looking at Ins all the time when she's driving. But I think this is fine as she made us home safely. When we want to contact with this company to talk about the price difference between this replaced tour and our original tour, they just don't respond. This is definitely the worst experince I've ever had.

Sir, We apologized for the last minute change as we had zero control over the caves canceling our reservation. And we offered you alternative because we didn't want to cancel your full day. The mentions that it is an 8hr day in total, that obviously includes travel time, your original cave and waterfall booking would of actually been 12hrs long because of your location in Fajardo, and our waterfall destination in San Sebastian. Our guide actually did make a additional stop for your group at a pier waterfront. As far is the pricing difference of $10.00pp so we're more than happy to provide you with a $50 refund.
