AWFUL. Just before leaving for the excursion I received the cancellation email without any explanation. A morning to contact the tour operator and all the numbers found, to get some explanations... Or to see if it could be rearranged! After hours of trying by phone, they answer me in a rude way and tell me that if I wanted to do the excursion, for example the next day, I would have to re-pay! I would have gone the next day but without paying, since they had already withdrawn the money! So nothing, I asked for a refund and I didn't have the experience. Rude, absent.

do not book here! very bad compagny, they changed the excursie start time without let us know. we had to leave at 11.45 and at 11.40 they told us we leave at 13.15. they told viator made a fault but all the other booking sites also told 11.45. so it is everbodys fault but not theirs, we think it is all bout the money at 11.45 there were only 4 persons and later there were more !

Bonjour. Vous m’avez laissé un mauvais avis pour les dauphins alors que vous avez fait une excursion pour les tortues…..
Nos départs sont à 11h45 à fort de France puis une attente sur la plage de anse mitan jusqu’à 13h30 lorsque nous faisons des sorties à la journée.
Ce qui ne vous dérangerais pas de faire plus d’heure.
Lors de votre jour d’excursion, nous avions pas eu de monde la journée, pour cela que nous avons fais un départ à 13h.
Nous essayerons de donner plus d’informations à ce sujet afin de mieux comprendre la situation

Arriving late to another excursion, Micka who was passing by saved our morning and made us live a dream moment: dolphins, swimming, fruits, planter, humor and good humor.

An unforgettable day by catamaran to meet the dolphins! Swimming with a mask and a snorkel to watch the turtles evolve among a variety of beautiful fish was simply magical. Mika, our host, was able to delight us with her delicious Creole cuisine and made us discover the wonders of her island, including the superb spots of Anses d'Arlet. His passionate sharing enriched our experience. An adventure not to be missed!

A superb day in catamaran to do absolutely! Dolphins, turtles, sun and beautiful seabed punctuated our day. Captain Mickael took care of us from start to finish. I recommend this outing 100%

Memorable moment spent on Mika's catamaran... Incredible spots to observe the fish, dolphins with incredible viewing moment, on board super nice group, lunch with small onions, and Mika regaled us with her punch and lots of small intentions throughout the ride... Beautiful views and great atmosphere, thanks again Mika 😘

A really lovely trip . Captain Morgan was very welcoming and informative. The highlights were seeing a pod of dolphins , listening to the bats in the bat cave and snorkelling in the utterly beautiful coral reef. Thank you it was an unforgettable trip .

me and my girlfriend will be on 08.12. arrive on martinique by cruise ship "Mein Schiff 2". The ship is expected to dock at 07:30 am.
when does the tour start exactly because it causes smaller delays during the docking maneuver.
is there a german or english speaking guide, as we both do not speak french...

Bonjour, Harmonie. Que voudriez-vous savoir sur cette attraction ?
Nous venons en MARTINIQUE du 21 Mars au 2 Avril , nous logeons aux 3 ilets et cette excursion en 1/2 journée pour voir les dauphins nous intéresse !
Doit on réserver longtemps à l'avance et si oui combien de jours avant la date prévue de la sortie ?
Merci de votre réponse (si possible rapide ) afin qu' on puisse faire cette sortie , et je suis preneuse d' autres conseils …..

je voudrais savoir s'il faut réserver cette sortie en demi journée longtemps à l' avance et si la baignade se fait dans un endroit où des personnes peu à l' aise dans l' eau ( si elle n'ont pas pied !) peuvent néanmoins se baigner …
