Fabulous day trip!
You will see so much on this tour, it’s wonderful.
The morning takes you by coach through the rain forest, to unspoiled fishing villages, to the base of the Pitons to see the bubbling volcano and the beautiful botanical gardens and diamond waterfall. Also the cocoa plantation. We were accompanied all day by the knowledgeable and helpful guide Desirea plus specialists guides at the volcano and plantation.
Loads of lovely photo opportunities and toilet stops (and souvenir stops) then a very tasty lunch and onto the catamaran for a fun sail back to the port with a stop off for a swim.
8 hours trip, just made it back to the cruise ship in time, arranged through TUI as an excursion and would definitely recommend!

As some others have said, a bit rushed on land, with plenty of time at sea. The catamaran felt a little crowded & wasn't built for comfort.

This company does not care about their customers. Everything was going great, and according to plan until the snorkeling part of the trip. The boat horn went off like they said to get back for departure. We headed back in towards the beach from snorkeling, then another horn set off. All the sudden we see the boat kicking the gear and they were leaving us behind with no hesitation. We screamed at the top of our lungs and thank God they heard us. Then they turn the boat around to pick us up. I said the guy you were going to leave us he said absolutely not but trust me guys they will leave you. No headcount is given on this trip and I’m sure others have been left behind. Trust me book another excursion. Safety should be their main concern and that is not it.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with us. Our captains and crew do a physical count and always scan the beach & swim area before departure. Furthermore, a crew member is always in the water snorkeling with the guest to prevent any such occurrence. There are multiple reasons why it would appear that the catamaran is moving, we usually have to move to re adjust the anchor or because of a change in wind or swell direction. Either way we do apologies if it appears that the boat was leaving. We do have measures and checklists in place to prevent anything like this from happening. That being said, we did look into this matter and it was brought to our attention that another operator (at the same beach) had an issue with some guests possibly being left behind, so we are under the impression that you may have left this review with us in error. It would be greatly appreciated if it could be removed, because false information does affect our reviews and ratings. Thanks again

What a wonderful cruise! Love the Jus Tango and her crew of DEC 06 22.
The entire crew was warm welcoming right off the start. Love the friendly smiles and joking nature. Had a perfect day for weather conditions.
Mellow and relaxing in the morning on our way to Soufriere, so many beautiful sights to see. The crew was perfect at adding little interesting facts about the island as we sailed in between the music. The Dj kept it lively with well picked selections.
The waterfall was a welcome experience as the temperature was very warm and the cool water was uniquely refreshing. A venture into the water is a must!
There was a choice between a historic tour of the volcano or visiting volcanic mud baths. We choice the mud baths as we had done the historic tour the last time in St Lucia.
The volcanic mud made my skin feel so wonderful, soft and refreshed. Amazing! Staff was on hand to make sure everything went smoothly and went above and beyond offering to take pics for everyone! Such silliness must be documented!
The trip blended nicely into lunch which was delicious. On our return the rum punch and beer was flowing, the atmosphere was positively uplifting. The music energized, games were played, and it was impossible not to have a good time. The crew was marvelous! Couldn't have asked for a better time!! Would highly recommend this tour!!

A great experience and well organized tour. Even thought it rained sporadically, the crew ensured we were all comfortable. They kept us well informed of the villages we passed, encouraged and took took pictures for you. Drinks were endlessly served on our way back inclusive of dance party.
The boat crew were polite, professional, friendly and very engaging. We will be back!

I'd convinced myself this full day trip on the catamarang would be too long given I get motion sickness & find the heat overbearing, however, I couldn't be more wrong. The arrangements from being picked up to being dropped off were spot on. The staff are so experienced & make the trip great fun. The trip itself is very well paced & the tour guides at Soufriere were excellent. If you don't want to do the mud bath there's an option to do a history tour which was very good. Nothing about the trip was excessive, there was a broad age range & everyone seemed to enjoy it. The music & dancing added to the enjoyment. It was a very memorable day!

Fun day at sea! We were so fortunate to encounter a large pod of dolphins while heading out to the Pitons. The dolphins gave us such a show- it was amazing. The sulphur springs and mud bath was fun- be sure to wear a suit you plan to throw away. Stopped for some snorkeling on the way back. The reef was amazing!!! Schools of fish and lots of species to see! The crew was amazing!!! Captain Lloyd, Mahlan (DJ Phenomenal) Michael and Winell made the trip!!! Dance party all the way back! We have been traveling for years and have done many excursions and this crew has been by far the best! Thank you for creating such a memorable experience! ♥️

We went on the full day Tout Bagay Tour the day before our last day and it was the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation! The shuttle picked us up at our resort and drove us to Rodney Bay Marina. The boat didn’t seem too packed. Just the right amount of people to have fun, yet social distance. The staff was great! They provided a fun, party-like atmosphere while keeping the drinks flowing! We saw the town of Soufriere, a waterfall, a plantation with a fabulous buffet lunch, an active volcano and mud bath, snorkeling, and Marigot Bay before returning back to the bay. The tour was an amazing way to spend the day on the island from beginning to end! Highly recommend!

Trip 1. We boarded the Tango by Sea Spay Cruises Ltd. for a Neon Party hosted in honor of the lovely bride and groom in our midst. We enjoyed drinks as we sailed and got to see some breathtaking views. Ultimately we stopped near a beach and with the crews' help, some of us entered the water and had the most amazing time. I actually swam to shore and back a few times. Our crew was attentive and ensured we all felt comfortable and supported as we ventured forth. They assisted in getting us all on and off the catamaran safely and helped make our trip quite enjoyable. Thank you Yan (Yanlee), Makita, Randy and the rest of the crew for a great day!
Trip 2. We took the all day "Tout Bagay" Catamaran Cruise & Tour to Soufriere, once again on the Tango and were blessed to rejoin many of the same crew members. Tout Bagay means EVERYTHING in Creole, one of the languages spoken in St. Lucia and other countries in the Caribbean, including my native Haiti. Tout Bagay (everything) is exactly what we did! Our cruise and tour included a detailed political and geographical history of St. Lucia from our learned guide Randy as we sailed to Soufriere. No stone was left unturned and we gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for St. Lucia through its history and as we contemplated its landforms and lush vegetation. We had the perfect view of the Pitons, St. Lucia's majestic twin mountains and marvelous photo ops as well Pigeon island and St. Lucia's neighbor, Martinique. There was a brief rain shower but it did not affect our tour.
Once at Soufriere, we boarded an air conditioned bus for the land portion of our trip. Took a cool splash under the Toraille Waterfalls, followed by a a visit to an inactive volcano for a dip in the Sulphur Springs and the famous Mud Bath. My skin has never felt and looked so good! We also had a chance to purchase some authentic wares and souvenirs from local venders prior to boarding our bus. Off to the Morne Coubaril Estate we went for a most delicious lunch at a lovely Boutique Restaurant. The delectable tamarind juice served definitely quenched our thirst.
After lunch we again boarded our bus for a drive to the catamaran where we had a chance to learn more about St. Lucia as we viewed Marigot Bay and Rodney Bay! Our final stop was snorkeling at Anse Cochon (cove of pigs), a place where wild boar once roamed. Unfortunately the waves were quite choppy so even some of our most experienced swimmers returned aboard rather quickly. lol We sailed back as we enjoyed interacting with our fellow passengers and crew.
Ultimately, the amazing itinerary was further enhanced by the warmth, camaraderie and attentiveness we received from the staff.
Honorable mentions: Yan (Yanlee), Rodney (the master historian), Makita, Arlington (thank you for the coffee lol), our amazing captain, Randy's "brother" (whose name I don't recall) and the other crew members. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip, second only to the wedding we came to attend !!!!
I would most definitely recommend!

My wife and I are interested in this tour but with covid restrictions what of the land tour portion are we allowed to do? We would love to cruise the West coast of the island with highlights, what tour of yours would you recommend for this?

I can categorically state that this is NOT the Waterfall at Diamond Falls - be aware ( and pre-warned ) - that's is a small , powerful waterfall - that takes the breath off you , but above all , its HEAVILY overcrowded with Tourists - you will be lucky to have 30 seconds peace under it , with the crush of people wanting under it - its not that relaxing - frankly
( and there were NO cruise ships passengers at the site )

Are both the drive in volcano tour and mud bath included? I see some tours only give you a choice between the two...
