The drivers were early and waiting to pick us up going to and coming from the airport. They were friendly and good drivers.

My experience with this company was excellent, from the customer service to my driver whom was waiting as promised , outside with my name card , awaiting my arrival with a warm smile . Once we got to the car I was given a lovely cold bottle of water which was so lovely because I honestly needed it. On our way to UVF, I was given by the driver a in depth guide about the different towns , the local language, and different foods that st lucia had to offer. My driver even stopped at a beautiful lookout point for me to take some lovely pictures .
I will most definitely book with Lucian Vibe again whenever I'm going to St lucia

Great communication via the love chat and the agent was able to make the booking process very simple .
I was able to pay online and my driver Bobby did an amazing job .
I was received at the green rails and had a good transfer to sugar beach

I paid online for a car service from the airport to Gros Islet. No driver at the airport when I arrived. No local number available online. Toll free number goes to voicemail. Finally responded to email. He hired a third party driver who was already at the airport but apparently told that person the wrong destination. No one was happy although I did finally get to my lodging.

Hi I am a little disappointed at this review however just to put a few things into perspective, the customer selected departure on the form. We assigned a driver to the hotel for the departure on speaking with the customer then they informed it was actually an arrival. I had to quickly coordinate with a driver at the airport to facilitate the transfer.
This is why a third party was used, this isn't what we normally do or the standard we set.
However we do take full responsibility and apologize for this miscommunication.

Used Lucian Vibe for our return transfer airport to Gros Islet. Lovely driver (Bobby Brown!), efficient communication with Samaya, rum punch for the journey (!) and competitive pricing. Thank you 🙏

The manager Darrion is a pleasure to work with, and the two drivers our group had were excellent— Bobby and Wycliffe. Based on the responsiveness and level of service, Lucian Vibe is now the official airport transfer partner of “The WarriHER Experience”— my retreat company that hosts well-being retreats for women.

Great family tour of the island and we were very comfortable. After leaving the airport our driver was kind enough to give us much information about the island and some great recommendations for food spots.

I needed to get to the airport from up in the northern mountains part of the island. This company provided me that service. The car was clean and the AC was working perfectly. My driver, Bobby, was polite and and efficient. Got me to the airport without any problems.

Great experience with Lucian Vibe for booking my roundtrip transfer and fast track. I contacted Darrion via the online booking form and then i was provided the quote for the roundtrip to Sugar beach and fast track.
We wanted the luxury option which exceeded expectations with the touch of champagne and plantain chips.
Darrion also explained the mishap with the recent reviews posted by the group . I was a little skeptical but then he explained the entire situation .
