100% WORTH IT! We booked the luxury SUV private transfer to Regency La Toc with Fast Track through customs. We were met right off the plane and whisked to baggage. After getting our bags, we by passed a very long line and was through customs in 10 minutes tops. We were escorted to the Sandals Lounge where our driver, Kevin, was already waiting for us. Kevin was great! He explained a lot about the island. The car was immaculate, and well air conditioned. We arrived at the Resort well before the shuttle, and as such was able to be in our room and eating dinner by the ocean within an hour of arrival. On our way back to the airport, we were met by Marcus at the resort. Marcus’s vehicle was equally as well kept, and he also provided interesting information on the way. Immediately upon arrival to the airport, we were met and brought to arrivals. Once we checked our bags we were escorted through customs once again, and brought directly to the Iyanola Lounge to await our flight. It is quiet, well air conditioned, and has a private restroom. There are food and drinks, and it’s cleaned and also well kept. My husband has said this is the best money he spent the entire trip, and I agree! Thank you Kevin, Marcus, and the Island Tour team for making travel here easy and seamless!

We arrived on the 27th, had fast track service, one airplane, definitely didn't need the service. Once through with bags our luxury vehicle was a Toyota RAV4, not what anyone would call a luxury vehicle. Our driver was very informative.
On the return trip, we were picked up with a Lexus, driver was good but offered nothing from the package (beer/water). He did pull over at a very picturesque site for us to capture a couple good photos. Upon arrival at UVF, we were quickly processed through checkin, then through the long security line and up to the lounge. The lounge was awesome, we will always use this on future trips as the boarding area is not conducive to the amount of people awaiting two plus hours to board.

We had a great experience with Gerian both ways of our private transfer! He was kind, offered us champagne on the way there, and gave us lots of information about the island. Would definitely recommend! Easy process as well.

Private Luxury SUV Round Trip Transfers between the airport and resort with Fast Track. We were through customs and immigration, gathered our luggage and were in the vehicle headed to the airport within 20 minutes of landing. Both drivers were great. Both vehicles were very clean and comfortable. They provided cold water and Piton beer for the 90 minute ride. We would highly recommend this method of transfer between the airport and resort versus the resort provided free shuttles. Roads in St. Lucia are narrow, curvy and hilly. Travel in style.

Prior to making a reservation for a LUXURY suv, I inquired about the type(s) of vehicles that were available. I selected an Audi from the options presented. I also requested for the name of the driver that would pick us up.
When we arrived, I was informed the driver that was communicated to me was not available (no one from the company communicated this). Second, instead of being picked up in the Audi I selected, we were picked up in an older Lexus suv that was small (I communicated the number of people in our group). There was nothing luxurious (or comfortable) about sitting in that vehicle for nearly two hours to our hotel.
I strongly choosing another company that communicates effectively, and stands by the selections made.

We booked 3 taxi services to take us to different hotels and airport and we were so lucky to be given Kevin as our driver for the 3 rides. He was the best. The car was very clean, he was so professional and even offered to stop at view points during out drive. Would recommend to anyone going to St Lucia

We rode with Geria who made the drive awesome. If you have ever driven through St Lucia you will know the drive can seem treacherous with cars passing on single lane roads and people walking right on the side of the road. Geria picked us up on the Northside of the island and drove us all the way across the island back to the airport. We felt safe and he gave us an excellent lesson on the island's history, geography, culture and made it fun. The cars they use are nice luxury vehicles. We rode in an audi on the way up and BMW on the way back. It was clean and Geria was very hospitable and accommodating.

Great experience from start to arrival at Sandals La Toc If you email Carswell Francis, he gets back to you promptly which I greatly appreciated. We requested an SUV as we are tall. Our driver was Marshall. He drove exactly as I would if I would have been driving. No crazy speeding, passing people, etc. Marshall stopped so we could get a rum punch ( he had to get out & get it for us due to covid & he paid for them due to no champagne in the car which is fine as we don't drink champagne ) We emailed Carswell & requested Marshall for our trip back to the airport this Sunday, & will definitely use Island Taxi again in May. We also loved the fast track service. We haven't been to St Lucia since 2009 so it was nice to have someone leading us & getting us out quickly. Agent was also very friendly. Highly recommend.
