Booked the Black Suburban transfer for the two hour drive to the Royalton.
Randy was always very quick to respond to emails during the booking process, and his team delivered excellent service (we booked return transfers and fast track through the airport).
All staff were friendly, polite and very knowledgable.
Our fast track guide whisked us through the airport, so much so that we were in the baggage hall a good 10 minutes before our cases. This is well worth the money, despite feeling like cheating.
Our Suburban was outside the pickup area within minutes and Byron our driver was great. The car was clean and well maintained and definitely added a touch of luxury to our arrival to St Lucia - a real head turner.
We enjoyed all the sights and wildlife, and a cold glass of fizz or two - all of which made the 2 hour transfer fly by.
The transfer back was equally faultless, car was on time and got us to the airport in comfort and in plenty of time despite us being held up in a nasty traffic jam on the way.
Worth every penny.
On drop off there was a little confusion re payment, but this was quickly cleared up by our driver and Randy even contacted us by email when we got back to the UK to apologise for any confusion, which we thought was great customer service.
