From the initial email inquiries right up until the day we arrived, we never had any difficulty getting in touch with the company. Makesia was incredibly polite and helpful with any questions I had.
Unfortunately the day we arrived in St.Maarten, the weather was terrible and the waves were too rough to go out on the tour. Innoc still came to greet us and explain the situation, offered to take us out regardless but warned that we would not have a good time due to how high the waves are and the fog and rain would have caused visibility issues. He also offered an alternative to set us up with 2 jet skiis to use them just in the bay near shore, but our hearts were set on the tour so we decided to get a refund (which came right after the long weekend into my account, no issues!). He even bought us a beer and introduced us to a lovely cab driver who took us on a tour all around the island for the day which turned out to be amazing.
Despite not going on the tour at all, I'm giving 5 stars because of this service and honesty. I will 100% go back and rebook in the future.

We had a group of 8 people and went out in two groups. Innoch was our guide for both groups. He was fantastic and we had the best time!! We have used jet skis in many different countries and this was by far the best experience EVER!!! We would use them again in a heart beat. Don’t miss out on this experience. You will regret not using them. The Buck Family!!
