I had to cancel this trip two days before it was supposed to take place. I sent an email and I canceled it online. I’ve never received any email confirming it was canceled. Please send me an email confirming it and it should be a full refund.

What a wonderful experience! The snorkeling was fantastic and Stingray City was incredible! Captain Delaroy and Firstmate Mitchell were tons of fun, friendly, but also very safety-minded. The lunch at the end was spectacular! Yummy Caribbean BBQ chicken, fish, beans and rice, and all the fixins. Would highly recommend Captain Marvin’s!

Clean and comfortable boat with great crew! Other tour boats from other companies looked packed, our was much better. Easy pick up and drop off from hotels along 7 mile beach. Delicious and authentic lunch to follow.

Sugar bear & jimbo are ELITE tour guides. They made the experience 100% worth every penny - so knowledgeable and funny. Make sure to tip them, they work so hard to make everyone on the tour as comfortable as possible. Must do trip!!! Thank you!

Phenomenal excursion! Keith and Eric were kind and accommodating. The homemade shoreside lunch was probably the best meal I had in the Caymans. The conch diving was unexpected and the ceviche prepared on the boat was one of the best I've had. I would definitely do this trip again. Thank you, Keith and Eric.

Eric and Keith were AWESOME. They even added a stop to starfish beach for us. They let multiple people drive the boat, were super accommodating, swam with us, cleaned the conch shells that we caught and let us take one home if we wished. We had a small group on a Wednesday morning of about 11 people on a boat that can fit 40. It was so nice not to be packed in and fight for time or space. We got lucky as we saw some other boats that were packed full. Lunch was cooked by a woman, I did not get her name, but it included bbq chicken, rice and beans, a fish dish, salad, and pasta salad. She had beer for sale as well if you had cash. It was all delish!! Highly recommend and cant thank Keith and Eric enough!

The company took such great care of me. On arrival we discovered that I wouldn’t make it back to my cruise on time because the last water taxi was earlier than usual. So they rebooked me with a shorter tour and promptly refunded me the difference. The boat was spotless, the group was small, and the interaction with the rays was really special!

What an amazing trip and staff. Captain "Sugar Bear" was fun and knowledgeable. He gave the group a history lesson on the story of Stingray City and was really a champion for the proper handling and care of the stingrays. Luch was AMAZING and was prepared by one of the great local Caymanians. I'd highly recommend Captain Marvin's to anyone looking for an adventure and excursion while on Grand Cayman.

4th time using Captain Marvin's crew - it is always a phenomenal experience for the entire family. We took my 13 Year old daughter and 11 year old niece who lives on the Island. We went conch diving and yes, you get to take a conch shell home after they clean it for you! The snorkel stops are beautiful and sting ray city is a once in a lifetime experience. We had great weather, we took a cooler with drinks on the boat but they provide water and sodas. The lunch was very authentic and was right next to Kaibo restaurant so we were able to walk over there to get drinks. The locals sold beer for $10 and the lunch was very fresh and the entire family enjoyed it. Everyone on the boat was super friendly - we will continue to use them every time we come to Cayman!

Yes, they make a delicious jerk chicken and a pasta salad besides the conch ceviche and fish filets in a yummy sauce
