We booked this tour and we’re very fortunate to have Leo as our guide. The island is beautiful as always but the experience on the beach was awesome due to Leo’s kindness. We had several people that needed assistance in our group and he went the extra mile to assist us.

The tour of the city was excellent and our guide, Leo, had excellent knowledge of all the points of interest. Even interesting anecdotes about famous people who live in Grand Cayman.
Would definitely recommend to others! And make sure you are with Leo!

If you go to public beach make sure went you get there Don’t rent chairs from the people that attack you the moment you get there , this people are walking around smoking grass by the chair’s they rent (blue umbrellas) go to the beach and rent there for better location , sad this place had became an unpleasant placed

Crowded public beach overwhelmed with Sargassum Seaweed, blanketing the water and piled up on shoreline. Rum factory is a tourist trap/shop. Avoid.

Thank you for the review.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience at the beach and the sargassum issue. It appears to be a small batch that made its way to our 7-mile beach. However, we anticipate that it will get removed form the beach very quickly.
Hopefully the next time you come back there won't be any sargassum and you can get to enjoy our beautiful beach to the fullest.

Rum factory? Just a gift shop. Beach had four cruises worth of people dumped off in a small area, crowded. Expensive. A chair and umbrella 40$. Locals selling beer and pot on beach.
Driver left us at beach and said see you at 12:30. I was counting the minutes….

Thank you for the review.
I regret to hear about your experience at Tortuga Rum Co. This venue is notorious for their tasty rum cakes and a great place to grab some souvenirs and other locally made products while on tour. Beach chairs and umbrella prices vary by vendor and are usually in the $20-40 range depending on the package you choose. Sounds to me like you were expecting more from your tour today - I highly recommend booking our West Bay Sightseeing Tour Plus Beach Visit the next time you return if you prefer to see more of the Island and less time at the beach.
We appreciate you stopping by on this cruise and hope to see you again soon.

Gio was our driver/guide, and he was very knowledgeable and interesting. We drove through part of the island and stopped for about 20 minutes at Tortugo Rum and sampled mango and banana rum, and rum cake. It was really good! Then he dropped us off at the beach. There were chairs and umbrellas for rent, but a big group had reserved 100 chairs before we got there, so we just layed on our towels. The water was beautiful, but it was very crowded. Gio was on time in picking us up. There are many stores across from the meet up location that you can shop at.

Great time with tour guide and time at the beach. Will definitely visit Seven Mile Beach again. Bus was clean and easy to get on and off. Timing was more than sufficient.

This beach is very beautiful. The water is so clear and the white sand, very recommended to spend some time if you are visiting Grand Cayman. Chairs are available for renting, as we were on a tour and we were going to spend only an hour there, we were able to get 4 chairs with their umbrella for $20.

The beach is gone! Tried to go to Royal Palm Beach at Seven Mile Beach (we were there in 2017 and it was beautiful) … taxi took us to Coral Beach which was right attached to Royal Palm. We saw that Royal Palm was was completely destroyed by a recent hurricane. Coral Beach has a nice small bar and very good sandwiches and fries. But there was no beach … had to walk down about 10 stairs right into the ocean … no beach sand. So sad.

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience. It's unfortunate that you found the beach in such unpleasant state due to the recent storm that passed by. Although it wasn't our tour you booked, I can assure you the affected areas of the Seven Mile Beach will be restored to pre-storm conditions swiftly so that you and future visitors can enjoy our white sandy beach and turquoise waters.
We hope to take you on our tour the next time you visit the Islands!

Our ship arrived at 10:00 am and we immediately got off as soon as possible and walked to the meeting location only to find it completely deserted. We waited for a while for a pick up and eventually was able to reach someone by phone who informed us that they have 2 pick up times - 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. - period; so we were basically stranded. We scrambled and found transportation to the beach on our own. We were refused a refund of any money. Had we understood that they have no flexibility and do not schedule their tours based on ship's arrival time we never would have booked this day. What a shame. Made for a very stressful situation. Can not recommend this tour.

I'm sadden to hear about your situation and that you missed the tour due to the late arrival of the ship. We understand delays can occur and we do everything possible to accommodate anyone that's running late within a reasonable amount of time, while also ensuring that those customers who are on time for their excursion are not affected by others not present. Our tours starting times are set to the Island's time and not the ship's as indicated online and on the ticket/voucher you received.
We hope to see you came back soon and look forward to taking you on tour the next time you visit our beautiful Islands.

I don't know as we did not inquire about a cabana. They were really not all that secluded. The lounge chairs were $10per chair. Choose one in the shade and avoid the umbrella charge, also $10. There may be some room for negotiation if there is a large enough party and the beach is not crowded. It's worth a try but be polite about it.

Hi!
Where on the beach are we taken to? Hoping to not be at a crowded location where all the cruise-ship passengers are going.
Also, the highlights mention that lounge chairs are included, but further down states that they are not???
Finally, coming from Celebrity ship in July, where will I find my tour-van upon coming off the tender in Georgetown?
