I was booked for a 10am excursion this morning, October 04th. There is/was a rough seas warning in effect and I left it up to the expertise of the tour company to make the decision to cancel or not. We went out but it was immediately obvious we should not have, while my kayaking skills are quite acceptable, it was clear that Kerron was experiencing some distress.
He literally paddle 3 strokes and was out of breath. He was a keener and really tried his best to provide me with a unique experience, I commend him for that, but it was clear that despite his enthusiasm and desire to service his client he was experiencing some medical issue and the elements were not cooperating. He finally agreed with my assessment of his condition and that of the waters and we got out after 10 minutes.
I was so looking forward to something new and was sorely disappointed as I leave Tobago tomorrow and don't know when I will have the chance to return.

We always try to provide a unique experience to each customer and our operators are enthusiastic. The weather didn't agree with your tour today. Hopefully it eases up today for you to try again, no charge, before departing Tobago

Great activity to do on the beautiful beach in Store Bay, Tobago. The instructor is very helpful in guiding you how to use the kayak.

Had a fabulous time kayaking. It was our first time and Kerron was so helpful in showing us the ropes. We didn't know what to expect so took a towel, change of clothing, our phones and some cash. The towels and clothes we kept on the beach. We took our phones so had plenty of pictures. I cannot recommend it enough, we had a ball. It really was so much better than we expected, especially as novices. Swallows Beach, where they are located, is a nice chilled beach too. Tobago Paradise Travel and Grill is 8 minutes walk away - definitely a place to visit when in Tobago. Thank you Kerron, we really enjoyed our session.

Really lovely experience with Kerron as we did a Sunset Kayak trip. The water was not so smooth but Kerron is very knowledgeable about the sea and it was easy to get out and have some time on the water. We kayaked for around 35 to 40mins and got out some way from the shore so quite a nice experience.
Really recommend for an evening as a fun activity and to be on the water.
No photos as was not sure if I would fall out but it was fine.

I took a tour with Clear kayaking, and unfiltered, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about the Operator, He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and professional ,it showed in the way he took care of us throughout the experience . I have been to Tobago many times and had many tour related experiences but the level attention to safety, professionalism and fun we experiences was the best I ever had
The view from inside of the kayak was amazing and fun-filled as we kayaked over the reefs every 30 seconds there something new I saw before.

As much as I gave 1 star it pains me to do so. I visited Tobago and ultimately wanted to experience clear kayaking as I've always wanted to try something new with each visit to the island.
I made a booking for 10:30 am on Sunday 19th but when i got to the meeting point at Swallows promptly for my tour, things just went downhill.
1. The person that took the booking wasn't at the location to meet us and i had to ask around to find someone associated with the tour
2. A group that was booked for the previous day was rebooked and over-lapped our time slot (given that they came 45 mins late)
3. I waited for approximately 1 hour and 45 mins before deciding to cut my losses leave as I had other engagements to fulfill.
I should think that with tourism being the main resource for revenue in Tobago, that an emphasis on accomodating people visiting the island would be better.

This was definitely a highlight of our holiday in Tobago. Our group was brilliantly looked after by Timmy and Kieran. A fantastic way to explore Ctown Point - we snorkelled and kayaked around the beautiful Coco Reef - very clear waters and many colourful fish and corals. Highly recommended.
