First my apology for your experience at Grand Turk, and secondly ANC Taxi and Tours does exist, asking carnival cruise port operators about any company that does not book through carnival you will automatically get the response of they don't exist or we don't know them, every taxi driver on that compound gets their fares through Carnival and they will tell you the same thing, hoping that you will cancel and rebook through them. our number had changed on that site a long time ago because the former owner of that number still had access, so it was change....our number is 16492475075, and as for your information we never got a booking from viator for that date. will be more than happy to get a call from you so we can rectify the situation. in the future, if you have a situation like this in any country before you degrade the company through reviews check with the Tourist Board, and or Traffic division in the country, they have a listing of all legally registered taxi and tour operators. again my apology.
