Very efficient service from airport. Driver was extremely friendly and provided many tips regarding things to do, places to eat, and the island itself.

Not dependable or communicative. Way over priced. Waited over an hour from airport and late by 30 min after 3 reminders for departure Sent a different company because overbooked. Just get a taxi driver you like and book as needed.

We had Trevor meet us and take us to our hotel. He was friendly, knowledgeable and great.

There were 7 people in my family. So we booked a private car with Provo Connection for our round trip from the airport to the Alexandra Resort. The driver was awesome and had to navigate through a hugh funeral procession and handle it professionally. She was friendly and courteous and a great driver. I made sure I confirmed with them the day before our arrival and the day before our departure. Everything went really smooth. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family traveling to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

Our driver Trevor, was amazing. He was very punctual and made us understand the ways of the island and also feel safe the entire trip. He gave great suggestions on things to do and when to go also

The person in charge at the airport was very nice and respectful. I was a little nervous because after I had booked my information online in advance with hotel and they did not have it. However he assured me everything was okay and my driver was on his way. It was a very quick lovely ride. The car was clean. I would suggest having bottled water for the passengers. Other than that great service! Would use again and highly recommend!

Hi Elizabeth, apologize for not receiving what you paid for however an email was sent to you with both arrival and departure procedures with us. You were transported to your resort promptly but on the return, we never received a call, WhatsApp, or email regarding your pick-up time. We ask every customer to communicate with us a day before departure as to what time they would like to be transported back to the airport. Failing to do so will cause a delay in your transfer. We try our utmost best to accommodate all of our clients however it's a two-way street and we both should work hand and hand to make your stay in paradise a memorable one.

This was a 50/50 experience -- arrival and pick up at the airport was flawless: prompt, no waiting, safe and cordial driver, reminded us to contact the Provo company 24 hours before our return flight. The return ride and drop off at the airport for departure was the direct opposite experience. Despite paying in advance, following directions & contacting the company 24 hours in advance and confirming a pickup time, the car was a no-show. After numerous attempts to call and/or text, the company was able to dispatch a taxi service to pick us up 1.25 hours late. The taxi driver was outstanding and not at fault -- this was a failure of Provo Connection to have our return to airport trip on the schedule despite our best efforts to ensure we were able to depart the island.

Trevor our driver was wonderful he was very friendly and told us all about Turks and Caicos. Unfortunately there was a very rude driver in another van that kept moving forward while we were trying to leave the airport and hit our van. He was continuously talking on his cell phone the entire time Trevor was trying to direct him out of the way. We will surely be requesting Trevor for our return trip to the airport.
