Kristen, we understand your frustration and would just like to comment on a few things. We organize kiteboarding lessons around the low tide. Tide moves every day so we calculate the exact times of our lessons almost one year out and put all this into our online booking platform on our website. This takes hundreds of hours but serves our customers to show the exact times. Third party software like Trip Advisor and Viator will not integrate with a different time every day. We did reach out to you via Trip Advisor as we are not given your email address. In regards to wind, we do need 12mph to teach a kiteboarding lesson. It is common that someone says, it feels windy when it is blowing like 8mph, when it is still actually not enough. In regards to other lessons, etc. Again back to the tides, an advanced student can go out and kite in higher tides but a beginner cannot. I hope this helps to clarify things. We care very much about the experience of our students and accept nothing but the best. Part of that is scheduling at low tide, which moves every day.
