We did the night kayak tour and had a wonderful time. Our guide, Slim, was great! He was friendly, helpful, informative with his knowledge of the ecosystem, plus he had plenty of corny jokes, and even a couple of pirate stories to keep things light, fun, and informative all at the same time. I would definitely recommend this tour if you're looking for a fun, low-key kayak tour while you're visiting the Red Hook area of St. Thomas!

We started at dusk with our guide, Slim. We were the only tourists. We saw a couple of kinds of sea life we hadn't seen before, and learned about the mangroves. The highlight was a surprise viewing of a Space X launch while we were stopped listening to pirate stories and looking at the stars. Highly recommend-even for beginning kayakers.

It was such an amazing experience from beginning to end! Slim was such a great and experienced guide. We enjoyed his stories, knowledge of the area and sense of humor. We learned so much about the fascinating history of the Islands and pirates too! Highly highly highly recommend this tour with Slim as a guide!!

Fantastic night kayak tour through the mangrove guided by Anslem (Slim Shady!)
Held a St Thomas Snowflake (starfish), heard spooky pirate stories as the sun set and beached the kayaks on the rubble coral separating the lagoon from the ocean at the end of Patricia Cay. Beautiful view overhead of the stars and the constellation of Orion. All of the VI Ecotours folks were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking for an adventure and a different view of St Thomas

We had the most incredible time on our night Kayak tour with Anslem (Slem), our tour guide! He made our experience so special because of his vibrant personality, fun jokes, amazing facts and cool pirate stories! Kayaking through the mangroves was a really awesome journey. As the night settled in, the moon was as bright as ever! It was a full moon & beyond beautiful. We saw a shark, lobsters, star fish and tons of little fishies! I would highly recommend this tour and if you want a 10/10 experience, book with Slem!! ✨😊 Thank you again!

Slim did a great job with his stories and information about the local ecology and history. He did a great job pointing out local wildlife as well making sure everyone saw it.

Beautiful kayaking excursion led by Anselm. We saw many species of wildlife, saw so many stars including the pulsating Orion Nebula, and heard a couple of true/historical pirate ghost stories. When our kids struggled with kayaking, Anselm was patient and kind in teaching them, calming, and efficient at getting them tethered to our kayak for safety reasons. Even our blasé teens were mesmerized by the experience. Plus he ensured we had timely transportation back to our hotel, we had bug stray, enough water— in short all our needs met.

Absolutely loved the trip for sure! Devon was our tour guide an was very very nice an super informative an jus a solid guide! Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to see beautiful sights an amazing underwater creatures! 5star all the way

This was a fantastic tour. Devon, our guide, was very knowledgeable and kind. This was my daughter’s favorite thing we did while on the islands.
