This was an amazing sail me and my friends enjoyed Captain Michael and his crew Porsha and Mike. Drinks were amazing and Mike makes a special drink Pin-cola no blend. I would do it again and again.

Mike, Michael, and Anders (sp?) were absolute gems. I felt completely safe and comfortable in their presence, they’re extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. An amazing experience with a great Captain and Crew.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. Only recommendation was to have dinner a tad later when vessel was more still. A lot of your older folks were at high risk for falls.

Even with partly cloudy skies, the cruise was amazing. Soft winds, drinks, music...peaceful and calm atmosphere great for a couple. Mike, Serina and Nick were awesome!!! 100% recommend this experience.

Husband and I took the Sunset Sail in July 2023 with Captain John and Issac. The crew was wonderful and created a happy, safe space to enjoy the peaceful beauty St. Thomas had to offer. While the appetizers were just that, the cocktails courtesy of Issac (strictly rum mixes for me) kept coming and helped to calm any inhibitions about being out on a boat. Great way to see St. Thomas and the surrounding islands. Great way to end your day.

It was totally worth it . We had a blast the only reason I did not give a five star is they make you take off your shoes and go barefoot. I am an avid boater and I know why they do it but with that many people from all over the world perhaps they shouldn’t make people do it .

I think it would be appropriate for 7 and 9, but for the 2 year old it would be too risky, since there are no intrinsic barriers in the catamaran to prevent the child to cross the ropes.

They said if you are seated it's like being in a restaurant. You wear your mask to your "table" and then once you are seated you can take it off.

Good day - Thank you for your interest in The VI Cat. With the current COVID restrictions and to accommodate for social distancing, we are limiting the evening sails to a maximum of 25 guests. With that being said, the boat is 54' x 29' and is US Coast Guard Certified to hold up to 80, so I recommend reserving as soon as you know you want to go! We look forward to having you aboard! Good day - we are approximately 25 minutes via taxi from Sapphire beach to the Marriott Frenchman's Cove. Taxi costs are regulated from the St. Thomas Taxi Association and the approximate cost would be $12-$15 per person, each way. Please note that taxis on island are cash only.
We offer a delicious BBQ Buffet dinner sail from 6-8pm on Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays or on Tuesdays, we offer a Taco Bar from 6-8.
The Marriott Frenchman's Cove has the Sunset Cove Poolside Bar & Grille:
Casual ocean view, open air dining featuring light dishes & specialty drinks. Try our burgers, spicy wings, coconut shrimp or a frozen cocktail. Daily 2-for-1 happy hour, live entertainment, a-la-carte breakfast Mon-Thurs or buffet Fri-Sun.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Dress code: Casual

We offer different sails on different nights. So, depending on the day we may offer the Harbor Lights Dinner Cruise from 6-8pm that offers a full dinner and then on other evenings we offer a Sunset Sail from 5:30-7pm which offers appetizers and drinks.
