Five stars are not enough to say how much fun we had! The Banana Boat (no screaming from men allowed) was 1st and was a load of fun. The parasailing crew was very professional and took us on a real parasailing adventure - the highest we’ve ever been!! The wave runners were really nice ones, and the ride was way longer than we expected!! Thank you to Rhonda and her crew for an unforgettable day!!

The parasailing was amazing! Flying over paradise was such an experience. All of the guys were kind and helpful and everyone made it an awesome experience. The banana boat is not for the weak hearted! It's you and that strap... holding on for life! So much fun!

The staff was super friendly really great. They took pictures of us on our phone we’re on time for the parasail jetski and just overall helped us have a great time!

Great family owned local adventure company. Super attentive and gave us extra jet ski time! Don’t let the concierge at the local hotels turn you away. They are the real deal. Very fun!

I've been going back and forth with this company for days trying to get a refund. I canceled my reservations both online and over the phone. I called because I had a double booking (exact same time/day) that I wanted to make sure was canceled, but only one ended up getting canceled. I wanted both canceled and did all I could do on my part to get that done. I thought this was resolved when I called and spoke to them. The company me down as a no-show instead of a cancellation, when I had previously called and canceled like I said. I canceled my entire trip to Nassau due to personal reasons. Why would I keep one reservation and cancel the other? Please refund me.

I emailed about a refund, as the guy who did our tour said they would refund the difference because we were unable to do parasailing and banana boat, due to bath weather. He said he would let office know as well, but no one has contacted us about our refund.

We had a great day! Snorkeled, jet ski, banana boat ride & the ride on the actual boat was beautiful. They gave us waters and played fun music on the boat. Only bummer is the gov't would not let us parasail due to covid? The lunch was very small but we still had a great time.

Very sketchy tour— We had 4 activities booked: Jet ski, snorkeling, banana boat, parasailing, and lunch.
In itself, each activity was actually good. However, the way we were passed off to each different activities crew was very uncomfortable. They were all extremely greedy for tips, telling us to be sure and tip them good! Because there were five different 15-30 minute activities, I had not expected to have to tip each of them over $10 per person per activity. The jet skis were the first to confront me about the small $30 tip (3 people for 15 minutes of activity) — they were very offended that is all I gave. The boats were well used, and the age and look of the rope used on the parasailing were scary.
Bottled water was never available, and the beach we were taken to was ugly and trashy and there were no restroom facilities anywhere during the tour.
The advertised “lunch on the beach” was a pre-prepared box lunch we ended up throwing in the trash.
