On the day of your departure as mentioned to you when you called the road to paradise Island via base street was close without notice and our driver was caught in that closer towing the traffic. Once this was brought to my attention we contacted a driver that was at your hotel to provide services to the airport. This process took less than ten minutes as the driver was already at your hotel. This indicates that it was ten minutes later than the scheduled pickup. The road was close as they were preparing for our kick off celebration for 50 years independents

As the owner of the company let me assure all our perspective clients that for the record all our transfer are prepaid so there will be no need and never has there been a need for any of our drivers to ask or hustle any of our clients for payment. All transfer booked via our website comes directly through myself (owner). We strive and continue to strive to provide a level of service that is expected and supercede our clients as our reviews suggests. Our records for this transfers will show that the client had no complaints as we provided several transfer for them. They requested one of our driver to provide service for all of there transfer which was done as requested. Our driver had to wait for clients on several occasions mote than one hour due to the time given by clients was not the time they came out. In addition our driver had to assist the clients on to the shuttle on several occasions due to them being intoxicated and ensured they arrived safely on the inside of there rental. The client requested two additional transfers that were not included in the transfer that were prepaid before arrival base on itinerary send and agreed on by client and myself. The night before clients departure we requested payment for additional two movements. There was no response so the morning of departure another request was send for payment again no response. Our driver dropped clients of and when ask by me if clients paid the response was no.The clients left and block me from WhatsApp the way inwhich we were communicating before arrival and during there stay. A text was send requesting payment again which client responded by saying she's not paying and if we don't stop requesting payment she will put our company on blast with a bad review text inwhich we have on file. Informed the client that this matter will be turn over to the proper authorities for settlement. We are please to provide correspondence to any of our prospective clients for verification and we also like to assure our clients that our drivers don't request any funds not even gratuities.

We do apologize for any inconvenience. Time after time we encounter some unseen delays that are beyond our control. We were on the phone with the bellman who refused to give you the phone. We informed him that the driver was pulling up in five minutes but he never related the message but we heard him call for the taxi and then hung up the phone . We provide a departure slip and ask all clients to call us and speak direct to us to ensure information is pass on successfully.
