A great tour! The two guides were very personable and fun. Everyone enjoyed the food, and the guides gave us lots of interesting detail and information. Their love of their country and culture was refreshing. It is a long tour, and we were hot and tired, but the stops were staggered so that we had ample opportunities to sit and revive at just the right intervals. Well worth the cost!

Decided to do the food walking tour at the start of our holiday so we got a feel for downtown Nassau and the traditional foods on offer. Our tour guide LISA!!!! was great, knowledgeable and fun. We sampled Conch, Bahamian style macaroni and cheese, rice n peas, rum, chocolates and the famous rum cake, although this was disappointingly just a free sample at one of the souvenir shops and not at the rum cake factory. Definitely worth the half day tour.

We had LISA!!!!!! as our guide (caps and !!! at her request) and she was brilliant. Funny and engaging, not at all in your face, which some of these tours can be, but she knew exactly how to make us laugh and keep us interested. Lots of historical titbits and some great conch-filled food along the way. A great way to explore downtown Nassau and to try some of the local foods (especially conch!). Highly recommend

Lisa any Tomaso were great guides, the food was great and we learned some history. Lisa even followed up with some recipes for me to try at home, I definitely recommend!!!

This was by far one of the best private tours we have ever done! Lisa was an excellent tour guide, and the three hour experience was the absolute best. Great food, interesting facts about the Bahamian culture, the history of Nassau, and even information about the architecture in the area. I highly recommend this. There were 12 in our group. Six of us were traveling together, and all six of us agreed it was well worth the time and money. Don’t miss this!

Baha Bree was our guide and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had great food/ drinks and see some history in Downtown Nassau.

Your guide Princess was fantastic. She told us all about Nassau history and took us to some fantastic food, rum, and chocolate places. She was very receptive to all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Please help! After our AMAZING tour I heard someone say we could tip Captain Ron on PayPal but I can’t find his information. Please assist with providing his info for PayPal or Venmo or whatever he is accepting at this time.

It doesn’t include the wine making/tasting that’s offered at Graycliff. However, there’s a couple of stops that are right next to it. There’s really good drinks that come with the tour and also a drink package available for a separate fee.

Everywhere you go on this tour is close to the ship dock, so you could always head back to the boat if you got nervous about time. But I think it would work out in that time frame!

Our ship (Celebrity Equinox) arrives Friday Sept 6 at 12:30...Not sure where tour begins but we would like to take 1:30 tour for three people..If we dock at 12:30 can we make the 1:30 tour on Sept 6 ? Where does the tour begin? Thank You

The tour meeting spot was at a nearby church. It was a little confusing to get there, but we had enough time to find it. I’d stress over a 1 hour time frame. Getting off the ship, getting through the arrival building, getting directionally orientated.
