Chaotic and Unorganized with Rude Staff
I do not recommend we booked this as an excursion through Royal Caribbean with two other couples. The process to line up to board the ferry was very chaotic & extremely unorganized. At the instruction of the Blue Lagoon staff at the pier, we got in one line & waited for 20 minutes to find out from another staff member that we were in the wrong line. When we went to the next line, we were told by a very rude, aggressive, unprofessional, female staff member that our group would have to go at different times because we were late & now at the end of the line because all the slots had been taken. We tried to talk to her to see if maybe she could ask if a couple other people would be willing to go at a different time so that our group could go together, but the only words she knew were, “no” & “like I already said” she did not care that we were on vacation together, that we’d booked this as a group, & the reason we were at the end of the line was due to another staff member incorrectly placing us. She was very insensitive & at a point became nasty. Her name tag was turned over & she would not give us her name ( no surprise there). I’m sure she’s always nasty & rude.

We did not want to go separately so we ended up canceling & getting a refund. It’s unfortunate because we got up very early to do this excursion & waited in several lines in the extreme heat, for nothing. They need signs that indicate what line is for what Blue Lagoon excursion. This small addition could avoid lots of confusion & create happy customers. I do not recommend.

The best time ever
Jeffrey and Brandon are the BEST tour guides ever!! We are so lucky to have them as our guides. It honestly seemed like we were just hanging out with our friends and it was so much fun. We got to see sharks, stingrays and got a beautiful view of the whole Blue Lagoon Island from the top of the tower. Brandon and Jeffrey are super knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs and despite it being the first time my brother and I rode a segway, we felt super comfortable due to their great training. The tour is about an hour long and then you can explore the beauty of Blue Lagoon so we were able to some cute dolphins as well. Thank you again to Brandon and Jeffrey for making this experience so memorable! I highly recommend this tour to anyone that gets a chance. 😊

P.S. Jeffrey and Brandon deserve a raise 👀

Fun excursion

I was so scared to go on this and the tour guides Brandon, Ashvaughn and Aaliyah took real good care of me. they made sure I wouldn't fall and kept a watch on me. I really appreciated it. It was exciting and fun. We came right off the cruise ship and it was so easy to find. while we waited for our turn we went and watched the dolphins from afar. It a great location and experience. The only sad thing is that we never got our pictures emailed to us as that part of the excursion was not well coordinated.

Nice “mini” tour of Nassau
My kids and I experienced this through a Royal Caribbean excursion. We arrived at the island around 8:20 am and waited around until our excursion started at 9:30 am. After a brief training on how to use the Segway, we rode in a circle around the island to see stingrays, sharks and a tower. The views along the way were nice. The guide Louis was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made an effort to make it a great experience! I was expecting to see more than a stingray and shark “pond” in addition to the tower, but the overall experience was nice. Louis did a great job explaining the history of the island. I think this is a great tour for someone who has never had a chance to drive a Segway and would like an easy course. It’s a short, simple excursion that gives you a mini experience of Nassau. Once the excursion was over, it was up to me to entertain myself until the boat came back to return us to the cruise ship.

Great Segway to a beach day

Excellent excursion. Louis, Jeffrey and B-man were great guides. The Segways were easy to learn/ride and it was nice to see a few spots of the island not everyone does.

Blue Paradise

Booking through trip advisor was not well coordinated. Instructions read to wait at Nassau for a meeting point and they told us that was not correct . When we went to the blue lagoon office they did not have our reservation . They had to renter it .

The trip was great. The location is truly amazing . Food was great. The segways are truly fun .

EXTREMELY RUDE FEMALE WORKER LUCIANA

The male lead was amazing and engaging in conversation. His female counterpart (Luciana) unfortunately made us feel extremely not welcome and like we were in her way. She seemed put out the entire excursion. Her male counterpart even made a joke that she was “grumpy” probably because it was awkward for the entire group. My husbands Segway malfunctioned and she YELLED at him from across the paddock several times to STEP DOWN!! And she came over to him and without explanation drug the Segway away. Then she told us we would have to go to the gift shop and BUY closed toe shoes. We were asking for our money back (which of course she abruptly told us was a big fat no). Finally I told her we we were sorry she was so frustrated with us. It was extremely uncomfortable. Her boss finally told her it was okay for us to go still and to just be careful. We tried to stay out of her way after that. What could have been easily the most fun thing on our ENTIRE CRUISE was made very uncomfortable by one person who didn’t seem happy to be at work AT ALL. We were an imposition to her and she let us know it.

This was a fun little exscursion. We booked the Segway Tour of Blue Lagoon session that started at 8:45. It was perfect, because it was the first one before the crowd got there. It was just me and my friend along with our 2 guides, Ashwon and Jeffrey. You should ask for them when you check in on the island., because they were super nice, funny and knowledgeable. I would give them a 5 start. But I'm giving a 4 star rating because the food was just ok. Our package came with a lunch with choices of hamburger, hot dog, grilled chicken, or bbq chicken. The food wasn't great, but the package as a whole was worth it.

Great tour with amazing guides

My family had an absolute blast last week when we went. None of us have ever been on a Segway but they were super easy to learn with the help of the staff. We got to see both the stingrays and sharks (which you can swim with) as they told us about the history of the island. The views from the tower they take you to are absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could remember the names of the guides so I can give them direct praise.

If the tour guides read this, who ever suggested the conch dishes to try thank you. The husk puppy style ones were fantastic, my wife and I loved trying them.
