Relaxing
Gabby was helpful and available. The variety of activities was great, and we did not feel a need to do everything all at once. Another benefit was fewer vendors approached us.

One of the paddle boards was rudderless.

Also, though less busy than other parts of the beach, the areas to kayak and paddle board were limited because of motorized craft in the area.

Fun. Good for families
The staff is so nice!! Theres food and drink nearby. Its lots of fun. They also give you chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The equipment was a little “loved” thats the only reason for a 4 not a 5.

Perfect day at Junkanoo with great services

We really had a good time with Bahamas Kayak. Craven, Gabi, and the crew are very friendly and helpful. They picked the best area for us to hangout, and took good care of us the entire day. Peddle board was a bit tough but kayak was good. The entire area is great for snorkeling, full of fish and we even spot a stingray. We had so much fun. You won’t be disappointed with this deal. BTW, nearby food stores are also good, especially smoke shack.

Great option for a day at the beach

This place was great! It’s a littler further down the beach, so it was less crowded and a bit quieter. The staff here was very helpful. They got the kayaks and paddle boards in and out of the water for us and made our visit very easy! It was a nice way to spend the afternoon with being close to the cruise ship and without spending a ton of extra money. They also have drinks and food available to purchase at the little huts along the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Junkanoo!!!

This was one of the best parts of our trip. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely do it again. The water in the area was calm the weather was perfect. And the employees were very helpful with the chairs and toys and umbrellas

What a perfect location! The General, Craven and Bobo were amazing.
Totally just skip the cruise lines and head over to see Junkaknoo beach! Great little walk. Toms of food and drinks at your fingertips .

Lots of equipment in great condition and the staff were more than helpful. You also get beach loungers, though that area of the beach is away from the party party end and slightly more shaded by trees.
Amazing clear waters though and a fun day.

We walked over from the cruise port and it took about 20 mins.

Would book again

We both agree that the general was one of the nicest people we came across while on the island. We live in a tourist area so we know it can get frustrating. But he seemed happy to have us there. He had all the equipment we needed for the kids to enjoy their time. Plus having beach chairs was nice. My daughter lost her phone in the water and he was going to help look for it. Thankfully he didn’t have to. I would definitely book again.

Great experience.

The owner General was great. It was a great experience. Off to the end away from all of the crowds and people selling stuff. The paddleboard and aqua boat were our favorite. They had sanitized mask and and snorkel. Very happy with the experience.
