My sisters and I had an AMAZING time with Mrs. Anthea on this tour. We had talks about history and picked each others brains about social issues. She made a rainy day so fun and worth it. I felt like I was with an Aunt on the tour because she’s so sweet and endearing. We saw so many places with her and I’m so thankful. LOVE YOU MRS ANTHEA!!

We just arrived to the Bahamas and had a FANTASTIC tour with Anthea! Highlights included local conch salad and Clifton National Park. Anthea went above and beyond to give us exposure and historical education about Bahamian culture. She was a delight to spend the day with!

Really enjoyed ourselves. We had the best vacation experience with Anthea. She does not rush you and is very accommodating. You really get a tour “AT YOUR PACE” no rushing!

A friend and I were the first post-COVID tour for Anthea and she really made sure that we had a great experience in Nassau. Some things were not yet open (like the straw market) but she showed us so many things that are. Historically significant locations, local attractions, beautiful sunsets. She arranged a boat tour for us another day and came along. We spent a few days with her and, by the end of the week, we consider her a friend. But she really showed us Nassau in a way we would never have been able to see on our own. She is kind, knowledgeable, and will customize her time with you based on what your preferences are. We can't say enough great things about Anthea. Book with her and you will not regret it!

Andrea must be one of the nicest people on the Island. She acted as a taxi to & from the airport and as a tour guide, taking us round the island. Her knowledge of the Island was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We were a party of 8 which included 2 young children, who immediately took to her. We visited The Pirate Museum, a zoo and various other local attractions. She introduced us to a local dish of Conch, an acquired taste, and Sky Juice, really nice. When we left Bahamas and Andrea it was if we were saying goodbye to a friend. Thoroughly recommend AT YOUR PACE private tours.

What a wonderful day to see the Island. Anthea was amazing! It was like family from the minute we met. She was able to personalize a trip just for "us" - even doing some new things that she had not done before. She was patient and full of knowledge about the Island. You cannot go wrong with this sweet lady as your tour guide. I wanted to bring her back with us to the cruise ship. I am already planning another trip!

We loved our private tour. The tour guide was very informative. We got a taste of Bahamian culture.We were able to see past history and see told about the life of a Bahsmian in the past and today. The tour guide makes sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend going with this tour company. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Wanting to maximize the one day we would be in Nassau, my traveling companions and I were in search of a private tour of the island. After much research, we were intrigued by the glowing reviews we read about At Your Pace Private Tours and the owner's willingness to work with her customers to provide memorable, customized tours. She promptly responded to my voice message, and we started making plans for our tour. I appreciated her flexibility and patience in the planning process. Anthea Lewis greeted us at the port of call with a beautiful smile, and our adventure began. As we rode around the island, Anthea pointed out points of interest. We covered a lot of ground, saw a lot, and spent as much time as we wanted at those attractions that were of the most interest to us. Our first stop was to Fort Fincastle and The Queen's Staircase. It was interesting to see this interesting structure, built on the late 1700's, and the canon facsimiles to protect the island from intruders. We went to the Clifton Heritage National Park to see the remains of an African settlement, and at Anthea's suggestion, we took the park's tour. We learned a lot about the history of New Providence Island,the people who settled there, the land and its resources, folklore, and bush medicine. For lunch, we went to Oh Andros, a local restaurant at the Fish Fry, whose tasty meals were piled high on the plates. And finally, we went to Tasty Teas where we sampled different teas and learned about their healing properties. Anthea was a perfect ambassador for the island. We had a wonderful time and made a new friend!!! Thank you, Anthea !

Anthea was an amazing tour guide! We made last minute arrangements with her to take our family - 6 of us with one in a wheel chair - around Nassau. We had no plan and had no idea what to see. Anthea took us on a tour showing us the local neighborhoods, gave us a history lesson of the Bahamas and provided the demographics of the island; she took us to a conk salad and fritter stand, and took us for a little shopping at Fort Fincastle! It was an amazing day!! She has such a warm personality, we felt like we’d known her forever! Thank you Anthea for an amazing time in Nassau!

My husband and I had a wonderful day with Anthea. We came in off a cruise so we knew we had a very limited amount of time to see as much as possible. She took us by Jaws Beach, as well as the Caves, a national park and Heritage Park. It was a truly amazing experience and there is NO way we would have ever seen as much as we did without her knowledge of the island and helping us hit all the highlights. We are very much nature lovers, so being able to sneak in a quick snorkel as well as see all the beauty of the island was simply amazing. I loved that we had her all to ourselves! It truly felt like we were seeing the island with a close friend.
Anthea introduced to some of her favorite places to each conch but we still drink some bahama mama's like tourists (she taught us the locals all do sky juice!) :-) She also taught us what "hackers" are in Bahamas. I cannot recommend her tour enough. You will get a truly personalized experience with an absolutely wonderful guide. We will 100% be booking with Anthea if we ever make it back to Nassau again!!

hi, our cruise will be at the port from 7:30-1:30 pm, will that be enough for this trip？If so, which departure time shall we choose and what options do we have?
Let be honest, it never feels like enough time once you get to the Bahamas! Our cruise was there at 8:30 and we had to be back by 4:30. Anthea worked with us to effectively pack as much stuff as we could in that time efficiently and even met us earlier than the time listed! We choose the custom package. Honestly this was our first trip to the Bahamas and cruise ever so trying to pick what excursions to do was a bit overwhelming but Anthea actually help ALOT. Also it's easier to book through the direct site (cost the same) because it allows for more easier communication with her. I didn't book our tour until a day or two before we left our home and I knew I wasn't going to have signal on the ship luckily she called while we were still in Florida to get everything settled but the direct site will allow her to contact you more easily. Also if you don't already have "whatsapp" you should get it 💜.
It won't allow me to posy the link but just Google at "at your own pace private tours" maybe throw in a "Bahamas" and it should pop right up.
