Halong bay is an amazing place and this is a high quality experience. The staff all made sure that everything was comfortable, ran smoothly, and maximized the best of Halong bay. We covered probably 15 nautical miles, maybe more, we stopped for activities, we enjoyed the scenery. The boat is luxurious by the standards of a nice restaurant, it has nice restrooms and showers, it has a nice hot tub, upstairs and downstairs bars. Everything was on pace but did not feel rushed. Mr Ben oversaw everything and did a wonderful job. I would take this specific cruise/tour again and would recommend it to anyone that is visiting and wants to experience the bay in a full day. The only thing that I'd change/suggest is to make the lunch more local, rather than somewhat western.

Awesome Experience! The tour guide, Harvey; Ben and the cruise team are professional and fun.

Amazing views of Halong Bay.
Ben was friendly and observant. He try his best to get the guests to participate.
Food was ok… it was written as Premium seafood buffet but it wasn’t and only 1 dish is seafood. Was disappointed.
Other than that, all was as per advertised. The bamboo boat ride was ok.

brilliant day out , the boat is modern and clean has superb facilities including shower & jacuzzi . food is high quality and plentiful . Ben does a great job on board while andy made our trip easy with good communication regarding transfers

The trip was amazing, best balance between activities and chilling with the most beautiful view. Super big lunch and very nice stuff, expecially Ben.

There's a pretty nice bathroom onboard. Clean, etc. One for men, one for women.
