My wife and I went to Sri Lanka for our Honeymoon. First of all, what an amazing country. Second we hired a car and driver with Lakpura for our entire trip and I would not have done it any other way. What a great value, so convenient and worry free with the freedom to go wherever and whenever we liked. We even took the train from Ella to Kandy and our driver was waiting for us at the station. We had a great car and were comfortable the entire time. Even with 2 large suitcases, 1 small one and our carry-ons. What made it so great was our driver Upul was the best. So eager to share any information, great communication, professional and even took us to a couple of cool sights we didn't even know existed.

My daughter and I arrived in Colombo airport from the Uk, and were met by Chinthaka, a driver with this company. He arrived on time, and drove us 5 hours to our first hotel in Sigiriya. 2 days later he drove us to Nanu Oya to catch the train to Ella. Due to wrong information from the hotel, we cut the time to get to the train extremely fine, but Chinthaka drove v well and got us to the station with 15 mins to spare.

We chose Lakpura to arrange a 3 day tour from our hotel near Yala and finish in Negombo and were very pleased that we did.
We originally gave them our ideas of what we hoped to do and see on the way and then they offered some very good advice and tips based on their local knowledge of what they thought was best for us.
Overall nothing was too much trouble for them (thanks to Madubashini Dassanayaka who organised/ booked everything and also our driver Shantha who was excellent throughout and always on time).
We got the exact seats we wanted on the train from Badulla to Kandy and our whole tour went like clockwork from the moment we were collected from our hotel to when we were dropped off.
We cannot thank Lakpura enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were collected from Colombo airport and the driver very kindly recommended that we get a drink and a snack at the airport cafe for the journey kalutara. Very professional and friendly service .. made for a great hassle free start to our holiday

We were on holidays in Sri Lanka for the New Year and had arranged for chauffeur driven car pick up at the Colombo airport for drop off at Unawatuna Beach House. The driver was very courteous & met us at the airport punctually .... the car was neat and clean and well maintained.We enjoyed a very pleasant drive from Colombo to Unawatuna with the driver sharing his knowledge of the country with us. Overall , Lakpura services for transfers were great and much appreciated. Similarly , I used Lakpura services for transferring us from Unawatuna to Kandy and they were able to provide a knowledgeable driver who was able to guide us on the way to also visit Susantha Spice Gardens and the Tea & Gem Factory in Kandy. Overall , we made a great decision to choose Lakpura to arrange our holiday stays and transfers. For sure , on our next trip to Sri Lanka, we will again choose Lakpura for stress free and & enjoyable holidays.

The transfer was great. Our flight was delayed by around an hour or so. The driver was still waiting at the arrivals for us with the clear sign. We then had a very comfortable journey up to Kandy. Would 100% recommend using this. It was so easy when we were tired after our long journey!

We booked for a 4 day tour of Sri Lanka and wanted to be collected from the airport and dropped at the port for a cruise in 4 days time. We could not have choose a better way of seeing areas of Sri Lanka and in the comfort of your own private car and driver. We researched areas of the country we wanted to see and Jason arrange our schedule.
Our allocated driver Shanta was excellent from the moment we arrived at the airport he was there with a placard showing our name right until dropping us off at the port in Columbo to board our Cruise.
The places we decided to visit were the elephant sanctuary in Pinnawala, Galle, fishermen on stilts, Turtle sanctuary, herd and spices farm.
ONE WARNING: Driving in Sri Lanka is not for the faint hearted so be prepared for an adventure.
Our allocated driver Shanta was excellent from the moment we arrived at the airport he was there with a placard showing our name right until dropping us off at the port in Columbo to board our Cruise.

The transport we arranged from Colombo to Sigiriya was very good.
We were picked up on time and our driver was very helpful and lovely. During the trip he stopped to show us points of interest and informed us of historical events.
I was quite worried when I initially booked the transport on line as the site was not a recommendation to me. But I found the booking process very easy and the e mails came straight through to advise of the pickup confirmation.
I could not fault anything and I would highly recommend this transport.
