Damien was our guide and did a fabulous job. He loves his job and this tour. He’s very knowledgeable about the whole trip, pointing out so many extra things. I highly recommend this beautiful tour with Damien.

First we were one and a half hours late due to having to double back for forgotten guests, second the tour bus as shocks were bottomed out making for a ridiculously long day, third our guide didn't know jack. We learned more reading the placards, fourth the restaurant that was to have lunch ready was closed and fifth and final the museum at San Javier is closed on Tuesday. Why would you book a tour on the day to the principle site is closed? This was my 2nd and to final excursion that I would ever book with Wild Loreto. Certificate of Excellence from TA???? That's a joke.

Hello,
We are deeply sorry that our experience was not up to your standards. Unfortunately, there was a cofussion with a pick up at town of one of our customers; and about the museum being closed, it took us for surprise as well because it should being openned for the public, same as the restaurant.
We have already process a full refund of this activity, and we hope you give us a second chance, to change your opinion in a positive way towards us.

Damian our guide was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. We learned all about the history, culture for the area. The mission itself was beautiful and we had a yummy lunch waiting for us after our tour. Great historical adventure! Our family of 4 really enjoyed this outing!

we had an excellent tour with Santos, so informative hearing about the flora and fauna of the area. The stop with the walk at the farm was very interesting and the owner made us very welcome. My wife & I visited St Javier in 2015, the road in is greatly improved, thanks to the local priest & the Mx lottery, the mission is still such a special place. The history is amazing & despite the more commercialism, well worth the trip especially with Santos.Thks Wild Loreto for the day. George & Val .Red Deer Alberta Canada.

Our tour guide, Damian was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable bout the local history, geology, animals and plants. It was a pleasure from beginning til end. Also lunch was great!

Thank you for a wonderful tour! We give Santos, our guide, 5 stars as well!! He was very knowledgeable of the history of the area and made it interesting and fun. We highly recommend this tour to others!

I was supposed to go 2/8/23. I received an email message 2/7/23. The day I flew into Loreto. I did not open email until the morning of 2/8, that the tour was cancelled because of the cruise ship. The message said "we have a note that you arrived via cruise, the cruise visit for tomorrow has been canceled due to bad weather" High winds was the bad weather. I was very confused because I was not on a cruise. By the time I realized the mixup I was too late to hop on another tour. Wild Loreto did refund the money.

To our surprise only my girlfriend and I were in the tour that day, so it became a private tour for us! Our guide Pedro Damien is great guy, super nice, knowledgeable of the history and geography and nature of the region, and took extra steps to accommodate our needs and interests.

We really enjoyed the scenic drive from Loreto to the very small pueblo of San Javier. Our tour guide, Damian, was amazing. He was super informative and took the time during the drive to stop and show us different sites like a location where a waterfall forms during the rainy season. The small pueblo of San Javier was quiet and beautiful, and the food at the small restaurant that that provided lunch was delicious!
