It was amazing. The 6 zip lines, the mule ride, the rappelling, the free fall, the donuts in the river. Everything is great. Seriously, our guides Rafael and Jesús scored a 10 out of 10, very attentive and professional at all times.

We are visiting from the United States. We really enjoyed our guides Jonathan and Ivan. They were great! The activities are very fun and we feel safe all the time. We have gone on many excursions with other companies and Canopy River Tours was the best of all! We recommend them.

The guides are exceptional: calm, confident, good humored and helpful. We lucked out with Raphael, Felix, Adolpho and Alfredo. It feels great to support a local company with local guides and this is an amazing way to see some amazing terrain.

Absolutely awesome experience! We were a large group of friends who were well cared for by Rafael, Felix, Adolfo, and Alfredo, with Martin capturing pictures for us along the way! It was adrenaline pumping, bonding, and fun, and we always felt safe trying each new thing with these guides. Loved it! Even the ride to the start was fabulous with views we had never seen before! Highly recommend.

El dia de ayer Domingo 24 de julio de 2023, visite con mi pareja por primera ves el Canopy River Park, me la pase de maravilla, iniciando con la atencion por whatsaap de Noelia Curiel que en todo momento me trato con respeto, y respondia todas mis dudas, antes, durante y despues de mi experiencia su atencion fue la misma, muchas gracias Noelia Curiel.
El transporte de maravilla limpio y en buenas condiciones, una puntualidad brutal, tomamos el tour de nombre River Expedition, iniciando con las tirolesas, tuve miedo jajja, por mi mente paso ya no hacerlo pero los guias de nombres; Rafael, Javier, Valdo, e Ivan simpre estuvieron con nosotros motivandonos y explicandonos a detalle cada actividad, asi que lo hice, no es dificil, se siente muy bien.
Caminamos por la montaña uff, cansado, varias tirolesas muy buenas, bajamos a rappel sentia que me quemaban las manos jaja pero buen experencia, saltamos de unas ligas, en una tirolesa te lleva a mojarte completamente en el rio, nos aventamos en unas donas en el rio, muy chingon, terminando con un paseo a caballo para llegar al rodeo aun lado del restaurant los coapinoles donde termino el tour, recomiendo ir en pantalon de licra o deportivo porque hay muchos mosquitos, o si vas en short ponerte suficiente repelente para que no andes incomodo, en todo momento los guias que nos asignaron de nombres; Rafael, Javier, Valdo e Ivan fueron super educados, responsables, atendiendo todas la dudas que tenia el grupo no solo mias, muchas gracias Rafael, Javier, Valdo e Ivan por ustedes siempre me diverti y me senti seguro.
La experiencia estubo de maravilla y no queria que acabara, asi que decidimos pagar la alberca, tiene un costo extra, interesante el agua esta super limpia, imagino que tratan el agua del rio, o algun pozo de agua en el cerro para mantenerla asi, pedimos una Parrillada para 2 personas comida suficiente hasta nos sobro, y todo super rico, la recomiendo 100%, unas bebidas y disfrute al maximo mi tarde en la alberca, mi primera ves y claro que volvere una proxima, que si lo recomiendo es una experiencia que claro debes vivirla 🙏🏽

We came to Puerto Vallarta via a cruise. We booked the River adventure which included several zip lines, including one that ended in the river. Rappelling, river float and a mule ride. It was the BEST excursion all week!!
All of the staff that we encountered at Canopy River were wonderful and very professional. Our guides were Marco and Pollo and Deanna was our photographer. They were absolutely wonderful to spend several hours with. We had a quick bite at the end. And we were off on our bus to catch the cruise ship on time.
We highly recommend this family owned very professional company!

We had such a great time zip lining. Rafael and Jesus took great care of us as we zipped across the Rio Cuale. We even got to ride mules back up the mountain and the end of our trip. The staff are awesome, the restaurant served delicious food with great servers. We would definitely recommend this tour. Ask for Rafael and Jesus…great guides!

Do you have to do the ziplining? Is there a walking trail to get to the water tubing?

Hi Ruben. No, you don't have to know how to zipline they will give a demonstration when you get there and help you along the way. They're really great about that.
With this experience there was no water tubing. They might offer that as a separate excursion with the company as they do many different things at this location.
Between each zipline there is quite a bit of walking that I would classify as easy hiking. If you have low mobility and have a hard time hike up a dirt hill you may want to think about if you could get up and down a mountain with general ease. Again, they aren't hard but some are a bit steep.
I hope that doesn't deter you though, the big hike back is achieved via mules and my aunt who has lower mobility was able to do it pretty easily.

They try and sell you a flashdrive for about $60 with all the photos or you can buy less. They have a photographer that follows the group. Pics aren't bad

I guess it depends on the severity of the problem but the rafting, the mule ride and rappelling could all present problems. So I'd say no.
