They were very friendly and helpful. The driver was polite and professional and drove us with no issues to our resort which was out in Punta Mita. I would certainly use them again the next time we come to Puerto Vallarta!

carlos and antonio with gray line in puerto vallarta grand fiesta were amazing they helped us to get into our car and were very nice and helpful thank you to them they are fantastic

We had a horrible experience with Gray Line. We arrived at the Puerto Vallarta airport with three small children and were told by Gray Line staff to wait in a crowded area until our van arrived. After waiting in the heat for quite a while, I asked the representative when our number would be called. He told me he didn't know. I asked him if we were even on his list. He didn't know. I asked him how many reservations were in front of ours. He didn't know. He said it could be twenty minutes or it could be an hour or more. He told us to keep waiting. We saw a number of other frustrated families who seemed to have been waiting for quite a long time. No one knew when they would be picked up. It was complete chaos. After waiting about an hour in the heat with our three children and suitcases, and with no information from staff as to when we'd be picked up, we finally decided to seek other means of transportation (splitting our family up into a taxi and an Uber). After that nightmare, we contacted Gray Line through Expedia.com, where we'd booked the service, to demand a refund. After all, we didn't end up using the service and they apparently had no record of our reservation. Gray Line simply refused to even engage in any discussion of a refund and denied the request. What a horrible way to start our vacation. Awful experience.

We reserved a private van for our family to the airport and back from our resort. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, yet they were still available and able to accommodate us even though I had no way to contact them with the change in plans. I also missed our meeting to set up our return transportation but the hotel helped me call them to arrange it. It was kind of spendy around $150 round trip for 6 people, but worth it for their professional, accommodating service.

Do not use them! Left my family stranded on our trip back home. Almost missed our flight back. I ordered a private van with air conditioning and no stress. I did everything I was supposed to- Called a day in advance to confirm, showed up 30 min early for my pick up.... with 3 small children, had to split my family of 5 in two taxis with no air conditioning or compensation. Horrible service, never again.

Late both legs of the trip. Excuses both times. Why be in airport transport business when punctuality is not their strength. Time matters with airlines - apparently these guys simply don’t care.
And they do expect a tip .... I do as well but when one is 25 min late for a prescheduled pick up. Kind of questionable and the Van was “ghetto” fabulous!
