I booked transportation from PVR to my hotel(Palladium). However, apparently I booked under wrong zone. I choose the higher price one, since I didn't know correct zone for my hotel. Well I received message from operator that I need to cancel & pick correct zone or pay price difference once I arrive. Well here I am less than 12 hours of my arrival & the young lady at +52 322 22 51190 and +52 322 22 44627, is very unprofessional & rude, when I was trying to explain to her my situation & hung up on me. Now everything I attempt to call back, she keeps hanging up, without assisting me.

El servicio fue muy eficiente y el personal muy amable y respetuoso.

Grayline was absolute amazing to work with. From the moment we landed in PV, and got through the airport, they were super easy to find and very helpful and communicative during the process to get us to our resort.
For transportation back to the airport, I was in communication with a man named Victor. He was ABSOLUTELY. AMAZING. He recommended the Rzr Canopy River excursion, which was the best thing I’ve ever done. Our flight also had been pushed 2 hours earlier, with no notice, and I was stressing because we had to leave the airport 2 hours earlier, Victor instantly came to the hotel at 9am and got new transportation all figured out for us at the needed time. He went above and beyond.
I highly recommend Grayline and will use them again, but more importantly a shoutout to Victor, the man I will never forget!!

Very easy to find Shuttle driver upon exit of Airport. With lots of commotion going on and trying to exit through the ridiculous horde of timeshare people it was nice to have transportation arranged. Very clean vehicle and professional driver.

Walk right past the counters out the airport and walked past the taxi line to see the grey line table. They were ready for us. Check in was easy. Driver was great. AC van was perfect after a long day of travel.

This was such an odd experience. We finally located someone with a gray line shirt and they put us in the taxi line. We waited and waited and then they pulled us out and put us in a van. The taxi would have cost $6.00. Gray Line was significant more. I would not use again.

The Puerto Vallarta Airport was very hectic but Grayline was fairly easy to find once I got to the spot where you get transportation. Since it was only me and another couple who were around when I was going, I did not ride on a shuttle but was accommodated in a private taxi. The taxi driver was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for my trip. The only downside of the experience was the wait was longer than I expected to be able to get out of the airport but the staff were very nice and offered water.

Taxis are ver cheap in Puerto Vallarta. Don't book transfers with a travel agency before you go. It is only five or six dollars to go from the airlort all the way into old Vallarta so it would be less than that to your hotel.
