Great day at the beach plus great tour/information about Zihua and Ixtapa!

Luis was great! Easy pickup at our hotel in Zihua at 9:30am. Luis gave us a ton of background information on Zihua and Ixtapa on the drive to the beach. We stopped to snag a picture at the Ixtapa sign on the drive, too. We arrived to the beach and hopped in a water taxi to Isla Ixtapa. The day at the beach is largely self-guided and you can swim/snorkel in the water, walk from beach to beach, or just hang out at the beachside restaurant. After taking the water taxi back to the mainland, we stopped at the wildlife observation area to see some crocodiles before being dropped off back at our hotel around 4:30/5pm. We would absolutely recommend this tour!

Incredible value! Snorkeling at Ixtapa Island and so much more!

Luis is absolutely incredible! He gave us a full history of Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa and surrounding areas. He was extremely kind and friendly without ever being pushy. He made several stops along the drive and offered to take pictures the whole day. The snorkeling trip included a stop at a viewpoint of Ixtapa, a crocodile/wildlife observation area, guiding snorkeling, and a tour of Ixtapa island. The rate also includes lunch and one beer, you cannot beat the value. Do not hesitate to book this tour! 10/10 recommend. We will book with Luis every time we return to Zihua.

So fun, our kids wanted to do it again the next day!
Luis helped our family have a fantastic day!! Everything was arranged and safe and relaxed. Luis speaks near fluent English, and privided a lot of interesting facts throughout thw day. On our way to the boat, Luis stopped at a lagoon where we saw an amazing variety of birds, crab, and crocodiles! We all loved the snorkeling--a guide took us out with a board we could hang on to to help us navigate the coral and see the best sights. The schools of fish were huge! We had a yummy lunch on the beach and did some more snorkeling on our own.

Tour was well organized and worth the money!
Luiz was a pleasant and prompt guide to pick us up and take us to Ixtapa Island. He was well-versed in the history of the area, the birds and local animals at Playa Linda, and the general news in Mexico. We enjoyed the boat ride over, and Isabel took us to the best place for snorkeling. The food was incredibly delicious. Guillermo was welcoming while we waited for our boat ride back. An all-round beautiful experience at Ixtapa Island!

Francisco was an excellent guide, he had so much information about the area and the local animals, beautiful all-day tour with plenty of time on the island to relax…with a delicious meal.

We enjoyed the whole day, snorkeling, exploring the island, relaxing on the beach, playing in the beautiful water, and a very delicious lunch. Francisco, our guide, was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly, made us feel welcome as soon as we met him. He also took us to see crocodiles, feed iguanas, and gave some history of the area. We highly recommend this excursion. We are looking forward to coming back.

Isabel and Guillermo were excellent tour guides, very professional, Isabel went the extra mile to accommodate our needs.
Definitely recommended, especially for families.
The snorkeling activity was out of this world, very clear waters.

Muy bonito el lugar, te incluye una comida de buen sabor y cantidad suficiente, la cerveza es de dos marcas que son muy malas, puedes pedir agua o refresco, la comida también la puedes cambiar y te la toman por un descuento de $60 de tu platillo que elegiste, los precios si son muy, elevados un cóctel o unos camarones de$ 280 a $400 pesos, las cervezas a $60 las bohemias y la negra modelo, las claras a $50, el servicio de la palapa a donde te ubican bueno, limpios los baños, el mesero, nada amable, ofrecen servicio de masaje por 500 pesos, muy bueno, recomendable, ofrecen servicio de esnorquel por 250 por persona que incluye un chaleco y equipo de

Perfect day trip!

These guys were the best! The island was busy with other tourists but they do a great job of accommodating you with your personal waiter while you’re there. The trip includes transportation via van & boat and also lunch with one drink. There’s massages and other items for sale on the island. Bring cash to tip! They also took us to see the crocodiles on the way back & drive us back to our rental. Definitely recommend super nice guides and great hospitality. Thanks!
