Recently experienced a city tour of Zihau with Luis and it exceeded all expectations! Luis was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing rich history, local culture, and hidden gems with such passion. From walking along the vibrant markets to visiting stunning beaches, Luis made sure we saw iconic sites and lesser know spots. Luis' insights into local traditions and cuisine made the tour not only informative but deeply immersive.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking an authentic and unforgettable experience in Zihau!

We finished our tour with Axel today, and it was so much fun. He treated us like family. We chatted the whole time while he showed us around Zihua and Ixtapa. My husband didn't want to walk too much, so Axel accommodated our request. It's a beautiful area. I would recommend the tour and having Axel as a tour guide.

After a day in Zihuatanejo my friend and I thought it would be a good idea to take this tour to get familiarized with the area. She had been to Ixtapa many years ago and wanted to see how it had changed. We booked the tour and had Pablo as our guide. We were so pleased with the entire morning and it gave us a great overview of the area. Pablo was a great tour guide, spoke excellent English, answered all our questions and gave us such interesting facts about both cities and the history. Best thing we did!

We booked this tour for our first day, which was a great idea. We got a great understanding of the city, learned about the culture and tasted delicious food along the way. Our guide Luis was so kind. Highly recommend.

Paco was amazing - we loved the experience! My husband and I had our own private tour. Paco was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the best spots to visits. We especially appreciated seeing the local wildlife and the beautiful beach at Ixtapa. We would definitely recommend this tour, especially as an introduction to the area toward the beginning of your trip.

Our tourguide was Paco, and he is great. His English (and Spanish) are very good and he takes pride in the Zihua/Ixtapa area. He accommodated us for our special stop requests, and took us to the best spots. For other places we were interested in, he told us in detail how to get to them, and what to expect.

Pablo was an excellent guide. It’s a great way to get the lay of the land and learn the history of the area. There are a couple locations from the trip we will be going back to. Highly recommended.

The weather was great! I took a tour to playa Las gatas! There were no waves and very shallow and blue water! People were very friendly! Then I took a tour to release baby turtles! It was a wonderful expirence!

We booked this online instead of our hotel. It went flawlessly. Rigoberto Perez was our guide. I would highly recommend him and when we return, we will do this again. He is very knowledgeable about the Ixtapa, Zihua and frankly the history of Mexico. We learned a lot from him.
He was flexible, as well. We wanted to have a cerveza with chips n guac (my favorite), on La Ropa beach, no problem.

Is it still pretty safe to travel to this area these days and to travel on roads around ixtapa and zihua in light of the recent us dept travel alerts ( re increased armed robberies etc ). ?
